Currently, I’m utilizing this challenge for my swing trading strategy, and I really value the 1:100 leverage they provide. In comparison, FTMO’s swing account limits leverage to 1:30, which certainly feels restrictive. I haven’t yet reached the payout stage, so I can’t comment on that experience, but I’m hopeful it will happen in the next few months.

This inconsistency suggests there are indeed undisclosed rules at play. I even shared a screenshot of their own website validating my point, but they promptly removed the image.
They insist that there are no hidden rules, but it’s evident that such rules exist. I would advise exercising caution with this firm, as they seem likely to create arbitrary rules just when you’re on the verge of receiving a payout.

After completing the challenge, I encountered persistent issues with my IP address. For those who travel frequently or utilize a SIM card from another country, navigating this can be quite frustrating. I’ve decided to rate this firm with two stars, primarily because they pressured me about either a new challenge or a refund. However, I believe there are better proprietary trading firms out there.
After my initial review, I received an unexpected email that really caught my attention:
They stated: “We are contacting you regarding your Trustpilot review. We highly disapprove of such misleading reviews, especially as we have evidence of the breaches related to your account.”
They further requested the removal of my review and suggested either a refund or an upgrade to the live phase of my account. If I was truly being dishonest, why would they then offer me a live account that they should have provided from the get-go?
In a follow-up, they provided proof of my alleged actions and claimed that my tone had been inappropriate and threatening, which contradicted the professionalism they claimed to uphold.
They reassured me that my $15,000 account was not their concern, hence the option for a full refund was still available. However, if I continued to disregard their rules, I would face consequences, as no one is above the rules. They even mentioned that I would need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to prevent further negative reviews, which seemed quite excessive.
It appears they are going to great lengths to have my review removed. It’s almost comical.
They then sent me another email threatening legal action, stating:
“Effective immediately, you are instructed to remove all defamatory reviews regarding Quantum SRLS from Trustpilot within 48 hours. These reviews are without merit and should be taken down.”
This whole scenario is a reminder that sometimes, companies overreact when challenged.
Don’t hesitate to report them if you feel harassed. Lastly, I should mention that in their effort to resolve this matter amicably, Quantum SRLS offered a refund or a live account upgrade, contingent on my compliance with their demands, including a non-disclosure agreement.

In the back of my mind, I believed I had an automatic second chance, as the firm heavily promotes this possibility. However, when I reached out for clarification, they informed me that the Elite account does not include that benefit. Frustrated, I expressed my concerns and pointed out how their advertising might lead to confusion. To my surprise, they agreed to grant me the second chance as a courtesy, which I genuinely appreciate.
Regarding trading experience, I must say, the dashboards and spreads have been impressive so far. While I haven’t made any withdrawals yet, so I can’t comment on that process, I can confidently say that I am satisfied with my current experience.
