I requested a payout, but it’s been 3 days and it’s still pending. I’ve also emailed the support team, but unfortunately they didn’t respond at all. I raised a support ticket in Discord as well, yet I still didn’t get any help.
Honestly, please don’t buy from this prop firm account anymore.

These guys are scammers. They blocked me on Discord and ever since then I’ve had zero connection and no replies. I did purchase an account from them earlier, so at first everything seemed fine, but when it was time to take the payout, it turned into a full-on scam. No response at all—just silence after I waited and followed up multiple times. Really disappointing and honestly it feels like they cut communication once they got what they wanted.

Serious Trust Issues and Lack of Support
I’m running into serious trust issues with this firm. The figures on the dashboard and the data shown inside the trading app don’t match, and that’s honestly a big red flag. It makes you wonder how accurate their systems really are.
I reached out to support through email and also via Discord, but I didn’t get any meaningful resolution. Instead of addressing the actual mismatch problem, they keep sharing rule screenshots. That’s not helpful at all when you’re trying to understand what went wrong.
To make it worse, I spoke with a few other users who reported similar issues. At this point, it feels like the company isn’t really taking ownership of user concerns.
If you’re thinking about purchasing from them, please be very careful.

I currently have 2 live accounts with them. I requested a payout on 25th March, and it’s still pending. I raised a ticket, but they closed it without any proper response. After that, I tried contacting them again in the general chat, but they ended up deleting my messages and even imposed a 7-day timeout. Honestly, this whole process has been really frustrating and feels like they’re not taking any ownership of the issue.

Support only sends rule screenshots and doesn’t actually engage with the real issue.
On top of that, the dashboard numbers don’t match the trading app data, and that’s a big red flag for me in terms of system accuracy. I clearly explained what was going wrong, but after that there was no real investigation or any proper, helpful response from support—neither on email nor on Discord.
Honestly, this was a very unprofessional experience. I’d suggest you don’t buy from this company.

Support only sent screenshots of the “shares” rule and completely avoided the actual issue.
On top of that, the dashboard numbers don’t match the data shown in the trading app. That mismatch is a big red flag for system accuracy, and I expected them to look into it properly. I clearly explained what’s going wrong, but there hasn’t been any proper investigation or useful follow-up from support—neither over email nor Discord.
Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this firm.

Scammer—fraud, and they will never give you a payout. I tried almost 4–5 different firms, and honestly I seem unlucky because every one I chose turned out to be a scam. Be careful with this prop firm: FundedRoom, Guardeer Funding, and Blueberry. They are all basically the same—bastards who will not release your payout. Please beware before you join, because they will take your money and then disappear.

Funding Frontier — They Did Scam Me and a bunch of other traders too.
I’ve got one 5k account and two 10k accounts with Funding Frontier, and yes, all of them are funded.
On my 5k account, my last trade was on 04/03/2026. After that, I waited for my payout, which was supposed to be on 16/03/26.
But after the 24-hour waiting period, they suddenly breached my account and flat-out denied the payout. Their reason was that I violated a rule. Honestly, this is not true—I didn’t break any rule at all.
Today is 19/03/26. I created a new Discord account just to confront them properly, and they told me to raise a ticket. I did that, and within minutes they blocked me.
Right now, I still have two 10k accounts running with them. One is up about 5% (around 4–5%), and the other is up roughly 3.3%.
I also have all the proof—screenshots, trade records, everything. I’ll upload it here.
And look, a lot of big influencers are involved with them too. I’m tagging everyone so this gets attention and they’re held accountable: @frxbuddy @trader_saket_fx @goldmagicians

I really dislike using services where there’s no accountability and no proper support when issues come up.

It’s really disappointing. I worked hard for over 2 months just to pass a single account, but after that I never received my live account. Honestly, this prop firm feels like a total scam—on top of that, they’re not replying at all on any of their handles.
I even tried reaching out multiple times, and their support system is basically just a name. There’s no real help, no updates, nothing. I’d strongly suggest nobody take their accounts, because you’ll probably regret it later.
I put in so much effort and still didn’t get what I deserve. Right now I’m fully pissed off.
