My experience with Funding Traders has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel it’s necessary to share my thoughts. I’ve had my trades stopped out repeatedly, even when they were 20 pips or more away from my established stop loss. This situation is frankly unacceptable. When I contacted their support team about it, I was informed that it was due to “spread widening” related to low liquidity, and that my stop loss gets triggered by the bid or ask price, which isn’t visible on my MT5 chart.
As a swing trader who often holds positions overnight or over weekends, this explanation doesn’t excuse the reality that my trades—often showing good profit—are being unfairly stopped out. When I requested a solution to prevent repeated occurrences of this issue, my inquiries were met with silence, and my support ticket was closed without any resolution. This was the second time I raised this concern, and both times it was brushed off without meaningful help.
The mix of unfair trading conditions and poor customer support, which includes closing tickets without providing solutions, is simply unethical. It certainly doesn’t inspire confidence in Funding Traders and makes it seem highly unreliable. A reputable proprietary firm should prioritize transparency, fairness, and customer support—none of which I encountered here.
For serious traders out there, I suggest searching for a firm that demonstrates better practices and accountability.
I’m open to revising my review if my issues get addressed, but for now, it will stay as is to inform others.

However, I reached out to customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response. Within just about an hour and a half, the support team tackled the issue, reinstating my account and crediting the losses that led to my failure.

It’s important to emphasize that there are no problems with unjustified denials—just delays in processing.
I’ve received exceptional support, particularly from Khalifa, Saint, and Lance, who were all very attentive. The customer service team generally prioritizes client needs when issues arise. Although the delays in processing payouts and account deliveries prevent me from giving a full five stars right now, I firmly believe that as soon as these issues are resolved and payouts are reliably delivered within the promised timeframe, this firm will undoubtedly earn a five-star rating.

I really didn’t expect to walk away with a payout, but I must say, this funding firm has been a huge letdown. It might just be the least transparent operation I’ve encountered. For anyone who chose this firm, my sympathies; there are definitely better options out there with rules that seem fairer and don’t feel like they’re specifically crafted to block payouts. Everything about the process is painfully slow, and the overall treatment gives off a vibe that’s both dishonest and disrespectful. I apparently went against one of their so-called clear rules (martingale), but really, it’s an absurd rule to enforce on traders. They claim it’s to stop traders from going all-in, but I was risking less than 0.5%; there’s no way I could blow my account like that! It seems like just a convenient excuse to dodge payouts. Interestingly, they didn’t catch this during the evaluation; it only came up when the payout was due. And after they failed me, they had the nerve to offer a discount code for 20%. That’s a huge red flag for any proprietary trading firm, in my opinion.

I recently opened an account with a balance of $50,000, and the experience has been quite frustrating. After completing the first part of the challenge, they claimed I made a mistake, but I feel they could have pointed this out sooner. Despite my efforts, I tackled the second part of the challenge overnight, and later on, they accused me of violating an undisclosed rule. They hinted that the information was available somewhere, but I couldn’t find it.
I’m sharing this review because my earlier comment was taken down. In my case, I made a mistake by opening two trades at the same time—one at a 2-lot size and another at an 8-lot size. Interestingly, these trades were executed within the same minute, with only a difference of 0.0001 pips. The company’s automated response was that placing trades with different lot sizes doesn’t necessarily mean I was using a Martingale strategy. However, I closed my trades manually at a loss; it felt like they were just finding excuses not to validate my account.
I’m not here to give financial advice, but I believe it’s critical to be able to withdraw money from your broker. I initially thought this firm was legitimate, especially since they claim to have connections in Dubai, but I’ve grown skeptical. They seem to flag reviews that don’t align with their narrative, claiming my experience isn’t genuine.
It’s not just me; I’ve heard about others facing similar situations, where valid withdrawals were denied due to minor errors. One person I know had his withdrawal turned down after being validated and was told that it was impossible. If you’re considering opening a larger account and investing time and energy into trading here, think twice. You might find yourself unapproved and without access to your funds. Smaller accounts might seem manageable, but the reality can hit hard when trying to scale up. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere.
