I successfully completed the challenge and received a live account shortly afterward. On April 5, I made a withdrawal request and was informed that the payout would occur within 12 to 48 hours. However, I needed to get approval from RISE, their payment processor, and sign the required documents. Now it’s April 10, and I still haven’t received any payment. I was informed that my account has been sent to escalations and that I would need to wait another 48 hours. This situation has left me feeling quite disappointed. 😞

I recently acquired a Phase 1 Account and successfully passed it. Along with my purchase, I also opted for several add-ons. Just yesterday, I progressed to Phase 2. However, after a few trades took place this morning, I was caught off guard. Upon checking my MT5, I discovered that multiple trades had been executed without my consent or knowledge, leading to a breach of my account.
I reached out to Support for assistance in uncovering the cause or perhaps getting a new account with a different password and login. Unfortunately, they couldn’t pinpoint the issue. While they didn’t explicitly state they doubted my account of events, they said something along the lines of, “It’s not that we don’t believe you, but we just don’t have any way to prove it.” They ultimately declined to investigate the root cause of the problem and merely breached my account, ending the interaction with a hollow “have a good day.”
I urge everyone to exercise caution with this firm. The trades that neither I nor FXIFY initiated resulted in a breach of my account, which feels highly suspicious. Unless you’re prepared to take on that kind of risk, I can’t recommend them. I received the account and found it compromised the very next day, and it’s disheartening how little concern they showed. Please be careful.
