First time today purchasing an account for NinjaTrader, and honestly, the whole experience has been smooth. Even though it was the weekend, Suffee was there to support me—helping with the payment and getting everything set up, including the NinjaTrader data feed.

Honestly, this might be the best prop firm ever. The whole experience feels smooth from start to finish, and it’s hard to complain about anything when everything just works the way it should. I’m not gonna lie—my expectations were pretty average, but they blew past them.
If you’re looking for a prop firm that feels legit and hassle-free, this one definitely deserves a serious look.

Je viens tout juste de m’inscrire chez Goat, et franchement, le service client est vraiment au-dessus du lot. Honestly, I’d avoid **Hello Are Traders** if you’re considering a prop firm. In my experience, it really comes off like a big scam.
I recently **passed their challenge after 4 days**, and I was expecting an update or at least some confirmation about my account. But after that, I **never received any real update**. When I reached out, support basically just sent me **the same Phase 1 challenge again**—like nothing had been processed. There’s no clear explanation, no progress shown on their side, and it feels more like a loop than an actual evaluation.
On top of that, the whole process just doesn’t inspire confidence. If you’re looking for a firm to work with, I’d seriously suggest you **go with another prop firm** instead.

Honestly, I’m shocked these guys are still in business. Their offshore customer service is, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve encountered across nearly any company. Instead of resolving issues, they put you through the wringer—multiple back-and-forth “conversation loops” where you keep repeating the same points and nothing actually moves forward.
It doesn’t end there. Their evaluation rules and payout rules are pretty terrible too. They’ll find some tiny, micro reason to fail you and avoid paying out, even when it feels like you did everything correctly. On top of that, the back-end system and dashboard are also a mess—slow, unclear, and frustrating to use.
