They are certainly scammers! I’ve had a terrible experience with them. They’ve claimed that they will be shutting down the company and, in my case, they simply stopped all payments. I currently manage five accounts with them—three funded accounts of $100,000 each, along with two $100,000 evaluation accounts—and they have permanently disabled all of them.

Looking back, partnering with this firm was a significant mistake.

Withdrawing funds here feels nearly impossible due to their unreasonable rules, which seem designed to ensure your failure. While opening an account is a breeze thanks to high-frequency trading, the reality is you’ll likely never receive a payout. I’ve had four payouts denied thus far, totaling over $20,000!

I had an account valued at $500,000 and managed to build a profit exceeding $2,000. However, when I tried to withdraw my earnings, I found that the option wasn’t available on the dashboard. I reached out to support for assistance, but they took a long time to respond. Eventually, after 30 days without trading, they suspended my account. I tried to explain that I hadn’t traded because I was waiting to withdraw my funds, but all they said was that I had violated their rules and there was nothing they could do to help me.

This firm has proven to be quite deceptive; I strongly advise against engaging with them. Many traders have fallen victim to their scams, and quite frankly, they don’t compensate you fairly for your efforts. Just today, I received a notification stating that they plan to cease operations entirely, with a closure date set for February 14th.

I hold two accounts with them, valued at $200,000 and $300,000, and unfortunately, they refuse to refund any of our funds. Here’s an excerpt from their message:

    “Dear Traders,

We are writing to inform you that Infinity Forex Funds (IFF) will soon cease operations. You may continue to trade your account as normal until Friday, February 14th, 2025. After this date, all active trader accounts will be permanently disabled.

If you have any outstanding queries or require assistance regarding your account, please contact us via our official social media channels: Infinity Forex Funds on Instagram.

We sincerely appreciate your trust and support of Infinity Forex Funds and wish you all the best with your future trading activities.

    Warm regards,”

We really need to take action to seek a refund, but my recommendation is to avoid working with them in the future; they are simply not trustworthy.

This firm appears to be a scam. Initially, they were responsive to my emails and phone calls, but now I’ve found them to be completely unreachable. My funds are currently locked with them. I had to report them to my display photo, which ultimately resulted in a full refund. I urge you not to make the same mistake I did.

Be cautious with this firm; they can be quite misleading. Their main focus seems to be getting you to invest more money, only to leave you feeling let down later on. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way, and I truly regret my experience with them. On a positive note, my time with Ton Trading was a stark contrast and actually turned out well.

My funded account transitioned smoothly to DXTrade, and they consistently respond to my emails promptly. Additionally, I received a payout of $1,800, which is 60% of my approximately $3,000 balance. However, I only got this payout after adhering strictly to their guidelines. Their rules are quite stringent, so it’s crucial to follow them closely. I’m curious to see what happens next.

These folks are a huge disappointment. After taking my money, they completely stopped responding to my emails and didn’t pay out as promised. It got so frustrating that I had to reach out to Rose Lane GP just to try and get some help. Definitely not a trustworthy operation.

I experienced two denied withdrawals from this firm, which makes me seriously question their integrity. They processed the first withdrawal to create a facade of trust, but after that, things went downhill. It feels like a classic scam tactic to lure in victims and then refuse to pay out what’s rightfully theirs.

I strongly recommend steering clear of this firm. My experience with them was nothing short of disastrous. They misled me throughout the process, and despite my efforts, they refused to honor any payouts or rewards. In fact, I lost everything I invested with them. Since moving on and choosing to partner with PAIVA, however, my investments have seen significant growth. It’s been a much more positive journey for me since leaving that previous company behind.

If I could, I’d give them zero stars. This has been the worst scam I’ve encountered! They don’t process payouts, and the support team is unresponsive to inquiries and fails to provide any explanations. Seriously, if you value your money, steer clear of this company. They deserve to be behind bars!

I recently dealt with a firm called Infinity Forex Funds, and it turned out to be a total letdown. I didn’t receive what was promised, and nearly everything seemed to be off the mark. The customer support? Unresponsive. The whole experience gave off the vibe of a scam. Ultimately, I ended up just paying to open an account, only to lose it all. I can’t recommend this firm at all.

  • Elise Hettinger

This is definitely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve adhered to all their rules and even managed to be profitable. However, after attempting to withdraw funds three times, they abruptly closed my account without any explanation. They claimed that due to my trading strategy and its potential effects on their risk management, they couldn’t continue supporting my approach.

Honestly, this company feels like a scam. I’d advise anyone to be cautious and think twice before investing your money here.

This firm appears to be one of the most dubious operations in the industry. If you’re considering purchasing an account from them, I strongly advise against it. I’ve requested withdrawals on three separate occasions, only to be told each time that I didn’t adhere to their rules. I made an effort to follow their guidelines meticulously for my next payout. However, during my final withdrawal request, they suddenly claimed my trading strategy didn’t align with their values, resulting in the deletion of my $300,000 account. In total, that’s $13,000 I will never see.

Despite my strict adherence to their rules this last time, they still managed to find a way to keep the profits for themselves! It’s truly frustrating dealing with such untrustworthy individuals and a poorly run company. Generally, I shy away from writing reviews, but when it comes to trading, every dollar counts. It’s simply unacceptable to lose over $10,000 due to others’ arbitrary decisions.

    This is a total scam!

I’ve been accused of copy trading and have shared details from my three accounts, yet when I asked for clarification several times, all I got were vague responses.

Customer service? They’re not helpful at all.

It feels like I’m dealing with a bunch of liars.

I’ve taken steps to report them to various exchanges, aiming to get their IP blocked in North America.

If I could give zero stars or even a negative rating, I would for Infinity Forex Funds. Initially, I rated them 4 out of 5 stars when I first received my live account. But after spending 119 days and 18 hours with them, I applied for a withdrawal three times, only to be declined each time with varying excuses. My total winnings amounted to around $36,000, while my losses were over $30,000. They’ve retained all my profits while providing nothing but excuses. I lost 119 days with them, and all I got in return was an experience I’d rather not repeat. Please, be cautious if you’re considering this firm.

I passed my challenge on August 29th, and I was issued a live account on October 22nd, but only after I made a request for it. I expected the process to be straightforward per IFF’s rules, but it turned out otherwise.

I submitted a payment request on December 6th, 2024, believing it would be addressed in the 1 to 4 business days as stated in their policy. However, I received a disappointing response this morning: “Withdrawal Request Denied – xxxxxxxx. We’re sorry to inform you that your withdrawal request has been declined. Decline Reason: Risk Management.” They claimed that a review of my trading strategy showed it posed a risk to their financial stability, resulting in the closure of my trading account effective immediately. They assured me it wasn’t a reflection of my trading abilities but rather a financial decision on their part, encouraging me to keep learning as a trader.

Here are some key issues I encountered: I paid over $1,000 for my challenge (HFT). First, after passing the challenge, I had to wait nearly two months for my live account—far from immediate. During my challenge, I didn’t violate any rules. Second, I traded for 13 days without any issues and managed to recover from a significant daily drawdown. In fact, I maintained a 77% win rate compared to a 22% loss rate. Third, IFF did not adhere to their own rule about processing requests in a timely manner.

Do they genuinely prioritize traders’ interests? Personally, I have my doubts. Finally, there was no clear violation of rules mentioned in their assessment guidelines or additional notes.

I could go on, but I think my points are clear. It’s best to steer clear of this firm!

I have to say, I’m really let down by this anchoring account. I followed every detail to the letter, but when it came time to get paid by the anchoring company, they just didn’t deliver. Honestly, I would advise against getting involved with them. There are definitely better alternatives out there.

I can’t even begin to describe how horrible my experience was with this firm. I submitted two withdrawal requests, following every guideline laid out, yet they were both denied. It’s beyond frustrating! Honestly, I would strongly recommend steering clear of this broker. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

This proprietary trading firm has left me quite frustrated. They closed my account without providing any explanation, and attempts to reach out for clarity have been met with silence. It’s incredibly disappointing not to receive any reasoning for such a significant decision.

    My Experience with Infinity Funds

I feel compelled to share my experience with Infinity Funds, which has been frankly quite frustrating and disheartening. After opening an account and adhering to all the required procedures, I was surprised when they suddenly decided to close my account without any clear reason. I reached out several times, hoping to understand why this happened and to arrange for my account to be reopened, but my efforts have been met with silence.

What’s particularly upsetting is their refusal to refund the money I had deposited. I’ve detailed my situation multiple times and requested a way to resolve it, but they have consistently ignored my pleas for help. Their customer service seems entirely unresponsive to legitimate concerns, leaving me feeling powerless and unsure of how to recover my funds.

For anyone considering their services, I strongly recommend exercising caution. It appears that they do not prioritize customer loyalty or provide sufficient support when issues arise. This frustrating experience has been challenging, and I am still searching for a way to resolve this troubling matter. I sincerely hope others won’t have to endure similar difficulties.

I can’t stress this enough: you’ll likely never see any payout from them. It’s hard to believe, but they closed two of my accounts for what I can only describe as absurd justifications. If you’re considering them, I strongly advise you to think twice. Seriously, just don’t make the same mistake I did.

  • Bridie Hettinger

This is the fifth payout I’ve been denied, with profits exceeding $4,000 each time. They previously mentioned not having enough trading days, which I find questionable. With a $100,000 funded account, I was only able to execute trades of 0.25 lots. Now they’ve decided to close my account altogether. This company is clearly toxic and should be shut down.

I had a really frustrating experience with this firm. They closed my accounts without providing any explanation, which felt like a total scam. It’s disheartening when a company treats its clients this way. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

They are, without a doubt, among the biggest scammers imaginable. Just last night, I received another email with a vague explanation about losing my account. They refused to specify the reason, which is incredibly frustrating. I’ve been documenting all my sessions because I suspected they were pulling a fast one, especially since I lost another account a while back. It might be worthwhile to consider organizing a lawsuit against them. All we need to do is figure out how to connect with others who feel the same way for a mass claim.

There seem to be too many excuses when it comes to making payouts. If a company can’t handle payments, then perhaps they shouldn’t be operating as a proprietary trading firm at all.

  • Jaydon Wolff

Infinity appears to be less than trustworthy. I haven’t done anything wrong, yet twice my payments were declined. The reasons given for these refusals were vague and unclear. I even have photographic evidence to back up my claims.

I have to say, this has been a total scam. Despite following all their rules, they still refuse to pay me. I’ve even had my account closed, which just reinforces my belief that this is a scam operation. It’s incredibly frustrating to go through this, especially when you think you’re doing everything right.

This company is a scam. They refuse to issue payouts without providing any real explanation. One of my accounts got rejected due to supposed copy trading, while another was turned down citing risk management issues, even though I was trading low risk with small positions. It really feels like their only purpose is to take your money and then deny any payouts.

Be cautious! I ended up losing my entire savings and all the profits I had earned with Openroad LLC due to this firm. They presented me with a misleading position that ultimately wiped out my funds. This experience has been quite unfortunate. I strongly advise you to steer clear and instead remain with Openroad.

  • Tracy Sauer

Be cautious and don’t be misled by their facade of reliability. In my experience, their true intentions lie in securing your funds, and they often fail to deliver on their promises. I cannot endorse them to anyone based on what I’ve encountered. Instead, I would suggest considering PAIVA as they have shown to be trustworthy and do honor their payments.

Avoid this firm at all costs. Despite being profitable for three consecutive months, my payouts have repeatedly been declined. I eventually uncovered a pattern when I received identical breach notices each time. To be thorough, I monitored my trading volume closely, using the exact same amount of 10 lots for every trade over the past month.

This outcome clearly indicates a troubling issue; it feels like a scam designed to keep your money. When I reached out to discuss my most recent payout, they acknowledged that my trading volume was consistent but offered no further response. It’s disheartening and frustrating—steer clear of this firm if you value your hard-earned cash.

  • Sydnie Robel

I find this situation to be quite concerning. I traded for several months, only to have my withdrawal requests denied repeatedly for reasons that were never explained. Eventually, they claimed there was nothing wrong, yet they still went ahead and blocked my account without offering any justification. This is absolutely outrageous! I cannot recommend this firm to anyone and will not waste my time or money on this platform again. They retained all of my profits and did not pay out a single dollar.

  • Emmanuel Bode

I anticipated a response like this from Infinity Forex Funds, and frankly, I’m not surprised by what I perceive as a flimsy excuse for refusing my payout.

My account was deemed unsuccessful due to “Risk Management.” I mean, really? I handled a $200K account using lot sizes between 0.10 and 0.30 and set reasonable stop-losses. Each trade’s maximum loss was capped at $100-300, with a maximum of 100 pips as the stop-loss. To claim I breached risk management under those circumstances is simply nonsensical.

It’s clear that the firm is reluctant to issue payouts—just take a look at the overwhelming number of negative reviews online. It feels like they’re more interested in profiting from failed challenges, banking on the hope that traders like myself will continue to throw money into the system without seeing any return.

As a manual trader with several years of experience, I’m part of a community of serious traders. We’re consistently uncovering and reporting dubious practices from these so-called legitimate prop firms. Unfortunately, Infinity is one of the many that have exploited both me and my colleagues, who’ve also regrettably fed into this scam for a funded account without ever receiving a payment.

Infinity Forex Funds represents a disgrace within the trading industry, reinforcing the notion that the prop firm space is rife with scams, save for a handful of legitimate firms.

It’s almost humorous that their support team appeared to assist me with my inquiries, attempting to fix the issues I encountered. In reality, this was merely a waste of time for both parties!

Upon reviewing the dashboard against the DX trading dashboard, I found numerous invalid trades, which leads me to believe that Infinity is manipulating the data to avoid payouts by claiming breaches on our accounts. It’s appalling!

They could have informed me of these issues sooner when I initially requested payment, but instead, they delayed for weeks without justification, ultimately failing me for supposed poor risk management.

I’ve reached out multiple times to understand my alleged mistakes (if indeed I made any), yet the risk team has responded with the same automated message repeatedly, seemingly hoping I’d return to purchase another funded account. Yeah, right!

This firm is a complete waste of time! I recommend steering clear of Infinity Forex Funds unless you’re ready to part with your money.

    — Infinity Forex Funds, feel free to respond to this review and clarify what I supposedly did wrong. If it’s a legitimate reason for my account’s failure, I’m willing to work with you. I’ll gladly update this review based on your feedback—though I doubt that will happen!

Be cautious before considering joining such firms; they may not be worth your time or investment. I spent three months with an approved account, but they didn’t allow me to trade for almost a month. Then, their platform experienced issues for six weeks. Eventually, they transferred me to a different platform that was neither user-friendly nor suitable for real trading on DexTrader, which felt quite unprofessional.

When I finally began to see profits, those gains were taken from me with flimsy excuses. I had put in significant effort, managing to make a decent profit, yet it took 25 days for my withdrawal request to be acknowledged. When I finally got a response, they had already closed my account.

It’s worth noting that there are certainly more reputable firms out there that operate with honesty and integrity, unlike this one.

This firm feels like a total scam! My account, which had a balance of $300,000, was suddenly closed, citing “risk management” as the reason. I hadn’t broken any rules at all. After I made my first withdrawal of around $600, I wanted to take out a bigger amount next—about $5,000. It’s obvious they’re not fond of traders who are actually making money. Total scammers!!

  • Merl Predovic

This firm is nothing short of a scam. Honestly, if it were possible, I would rate them at a negative five stars. My account was closed due to “breached due to inactivity,” but that’s because I was facing personal issues that prevented me from trading. In total, I’ve lost over $3,000 in profit, and my account is permanently shut down. It’s truly outrageous and highlights their fraudulent practices. I strongly advise against engaging with them or purchasing any of their services.

I would advise against partnering with this firm. They have been deceptive, focusing solely on obtaining your funds without any genuine intention to support you. Initially, they may entice you to invest more money, but ultimately, you’ll likely be left disappointed. I can’t recommend them to anyone considering trading. Instead, I suggest looking into PAIVA; they are reliable and do honor their financial commitments.

Infinity Forex Funds has unfortunately become questionable in recent times. Earlier this year, I experienced several payouts without a hitch. However, it seems they are now doing everything in their power to avoid fulfilling their payment obligations. I faced setbacks with a couple of challenges, which were supposedly attributed to Risk Management concerns. They claimed my trading approach was too risky for their operations. As a result, I lost out on two challenges worth $100,000 each. It’s worth mentioning that my strategy isn’t risky at all—I always implement a Take Profit (TP) and a Stop Loss (SL), maintaining a risk level between 0.25% and 0.5% per trade. Additionally, I’ve seen similar complaints in other reviews about their pattern of rejecting challenges citing Risk Management. So, I recommend you heed these warnings and think twice before investing in a challenge with this company.

  • Cristian Gorczany

IFF is a concern, to put it mildly. I’d advise anyone to steer clear of them. If you’re considering purchasing any trading challenges, just don’t. You’ll end up losing your money, and after all the time and effort you put into Forex trading, it’s disheartening to see it go to waste. They have a knack for finding trivial reasons to deny withdrawals and even close accounts altogether. I speak from experience here—I’m a victim of this. They really give you the runaround and won’t pay you a cent. It’s essential to protect your hard-earned cash. Please, take my advice: do not engage. You’ve been warned! I have correspondence and records of my trades as evidence of my experience.

  • Alfredo Jacobi

I managed to secure a payout once, thanks to my well-structured plan that included fixed stop-loss (SL) and take-profit (TP) levels, consistently trading at a 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio. After my initial success, I continued to implement the same strategy. In my opinion, my trading was highly profitable, yet my second request for a payout was denied. However, they did provide me with another opportunity by resetting my account in the funded stage.

Sticking to my original approach, I remained profitable without violating any regulations, setting my SL to around 0.25% of my account balance. It was clear they noticed my success as a trader because, on my third payout attempt, they abruptly closed my account. This decision was puzzling, considering my strategy hadn’t changed since my first payout. Ironically, their stated reason for the closure was “Risk Management.” Given my excellent risk management practices, this justification seemed completely unfounded.
