I reached out with questions seeking clarity, but the representative kept asking me to repeat myself despite my detailed explanations. When I elaborated further, my concerns were brushed aside, and I was asked if I needed anything else. I almost proceeded with my application, but thankfully, their unprofessionalism revealed itself before I committed. It’s unfortunate that many firms typically show their true nature only after you’ve signed up. I cannot recommend this company. They do not provide refunds, and if you subscribe without getting all your questions answered, you really have no one to blame but yourself. Just a heads-up. What’s even more troubling is that they posted a fake review from my name dating back a year, despite the fact that I wasn’t aware of proprietary trading firms at that time. This is genuinely frustrating. It leads me to suspect that many of the positive reviews could be fabricated.
