Having purchased multiple accounts from this firm, I can confidently say they excel in their evaluations. However, their customer support leaves much to be desired. If you find yourself needing assistance, be prepared for an excruciatingly slow response time—often just one email per day, if you’re fortunate. They do offer a live chat option for simpler inquiries, but for anything more complicated, you’ll end up waiting an extended period for email support, which has, in my experience, been painfully sluggish.
I made a purchase using cryptocurrency, and although Coinbase support confirmed the transaction, the firm has yet to release my account. This has been quite disappointing and frankly unprofessional. After two weeks of back-and-forth communication, I’m left wondering why a straightforward issue couldn’t be resolved in just a few days with more timely support.
Update: Fortunately, the issue has finally been addressed.

I initially discovered InstantFunding.io through an online ad while searching. My fiancé couldn’t believe what I read out loud: “instant funding…” He’s a real TrustPilot enthusiast! We did our homework on this platform and then decided to give it a shot. So far, we’ve purchased several accounts with InstantFunding.io, but I can’t yet share my experience with their payout process. We took advantage of their recent HelpingHands promotion.
However, my biggest issue at the moment stems from a $12,500 account I bought via this promo, and I made the purchase using Bitcoin. Due to the overwhelming response to the promotion, it seems they weren’t quite ready for the influx! Unfortunately, I never received the account I paid for, nor the free one that was a part of the promo. I’ve reached out through InstantFunding.io’s online chat multiple times.
