This platform frequently freezes, lags, and even shuts down unexpectedly. If you check out their Discord, you’ll see a multitude of people, including myself, who have suffered financial losses due to these recurring issues. It’s one thing to require users to adopt a specific platform; however, it’s unacceptable for a company to respond with an attitude of “not my problem” when clients face setbacks because of broker malfunctions. Such behavior is entirely inappropriate, and while they should be held accountable for these failures, it’s disheartening to realize that they likely never will.
