I had faith in this company for quite a while, but their recent implementation of the martingale rule is frustrating.
I’m not entirely opposed to the martingale strategy itself, but I really take issue with how they define what constitutes a martingale violation. For instance, if I experience a loss and then decide to double my lot size, suddenly I’m in violation, and that’s where the problem starts.
When I set my stop loss just below the recent low, I’m not adhering to a fixed stop loss size in pips. For example, if I initiate a trade with a 10-pip stop loss at 5 lots to maintain a 1% risk and then incur a loss, my next trade might have only a 5-pip stop loss. To keep the same risk level of 1%, I would need to increase my lot size to 10, which puts me at risk of a rule violation.
They ought to take a page from other firms like Top Tier or FTMO and factor in the entire trade history. It shouldn’t just boil down to the last couple of trades.

There was a lack of clear context and explanation, which felt unjust and opaque, especially considering that it seemed my account may have been compromised without my knowledge. This incident has not only affected my financial situation but also raised serious concerns about account security and the responsiveness of customer support. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience.
I’ve included parts of the email exchanges with the support team to highlight the confusion:
1. In their initial email, I was informed of “suspicious trading” activity on my account, specifically citing “Arbitrage Detected (Price Latency).” The risk team implied that my trading style was somehow unethical and that I might have used such tactics to render my challenges invalid. Due to this, they stated my account would be limited, and my withdrawal could not be approved. Their message emphasized a zero-tolerance policy towards any trading practices they consider unethical, warning that accounts found violating these rules are usually closed without refunds. However, they mentioned they would grant me a refund since they believed I might have been unaware of these regulations.
2. In my response, I sought clarification on what orders this issue stemmed from, as I’d only engaged in four trades and was confident I hadn’t committed any infractions.
3. The reply I received expressed that they could not provide further details and insisted on proceeding with the refund without resolving my concerns.
4. I continued to press for clarity, emphasizing that I needed a more detailed explanation if my payout was to be rejected, but I was met with the same uninformed response from support.
5. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I asked them to provide at least a vague outline of any issues, so I could avoid them in the future. I requested that they reach out to the original sender, Jeremy, for assistance.
6. Unfortunately, the response remained unchanged, reiterating their refusal to give further information while pushing forward with the refund process.
7. I found the manner in which my payout was handled to be very unprofessional. If this is indeed the conclusion of the matter, I wanted to confirm what details they needed to finalize my refund.
8. Based on the response from the company, it was clear they had not fully grasped the content of my emails. I never accepted their terms—I was simply seeking clarification on the alleged violations. Their lack of understanding left me with no choice but to agree to the refund, despite submitting multiple requests for more context regarding my situation.
In conclusion, I felt compelled to share this experience, as it highlights some severe gaps in communication and support within the company.
