I had a profit exceeding $3,000 in my instant fund account, but my last trade turned out to involve an unauthorized margin. Once I noticed this, I promptly closed my position. Feeling frustrated, I requested a payout, but it never materialized due to what they deemed a “rules” breach. I completely understand that violating the rules has consequences, yet this incident only pertained to my final trade.
In a surprising turn, they reset my account, confiscating the profits I had earned prior to the violation as a so-called “courtesy.” If this is the definition of courtesy, then I worry I’ve placed my trust in the wrong hands. Rather than a genuine gesture, it felt more like a mere shadow of one.
Fortunately, I have access to some capable legal assistance, which I intend to utilize. Taking profits prior to a rule break isn’t lawful, and we’re prepared to fight this. I encourage any potential customers to consider that plenty of other firms will treat you with greater respect than instant funding. While I won’t label them a scam, I’ve lost all respect for the way they operate and hope others investigate thoroughly before signing up. So far, I’ve already helped more than 20 people decide against opening an account; let’s keep this momentum going.

Keep your distance from this sham of a company. They’re not out to support traders; they’re just here to drain your resources. Terrible firm. Poor policies. Awful customer service. Don’t squander your time or hard-earned money.

This funding platform has proven to be extremely disappointing. I recently experienced a serious issue when they breached my account during an active trade. I had seen a profit of around £700, but as the trade fluctuated, my profit dwindled to just £200. Without any warning, they closed my account, citing that I had reached my daily limit. I had not intended to close the trade myself, yet they proceeded to do so and subsequently blocked my access.
Initially, my account balance was approximately £10,700 during the ongoing trade, which then dropped to about £10,200 before they shut everything down, stating I had exceeded my daily limit. To make matters worse, they refused to acknowledge the £200 profit I had earned, claiming instead that I was “breached.” Overall, this has been the most frustrating trading platform I’ve encountered.
