Avoid this firm at all costs; they may block your account without any valid reason. I had an account worth $25,000 with them, and when I requested my payout, I opened a support ticket after three business days had passed. Their response? They were supposedly on break. I accepted that, but when I followed up again two days later, things took a strange turn. A representative named Alan began to berate me, claiming my inquiries were inappropriate and threatening to block my account. I was taken aback and asked him why that would even happen. All I had done was ask about my payout status. He couldn’t provide any solid reasoning, merely stating that my behavior was unacceptable.
Can you imagine a proprietary trading firm blocking your access simply for asking about your payout? It’s honestly baffling. Trust me, steer clear of this company; they’ll come up with any excuse to restrict your account.
