I’ve been using Mockapital for a while now, but honestly the support team seems completely clueless about how the app actually works. They don’t really understand the workflows, and it takes way too long to get any useful help. At the very least, you should train them properly on the platform.
Also, I’ve run into a few technical glitches myself—things feel a bit unstable at times, and some issues don’t get resolved quickly. Hopefully this gets fixed soon because the service has potential, but right now it’s frustrating.

I’m really disappointed with this platform. I contacted support to request the pass limit for Challenge Phase 2, which should be 8% profit on the total account. However, my account got locked unexpectedly. After that, they issued me a new account for Phase 2, but my additional profit from Phase 1 was not transferred.
In total, I was expecting my earlier gains to carry over, especially since I already met the required progress. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and it feels unfair. I hope they fix this transfer issue because the process is not clear at all.

Not recommended—this is a really bad practice.
At the start, I actually had a decent experience with their funded accounts. I even received one payout from my first account under a 10k 2-phase challenge, so I felt hopeful.
However, things changed when I requested a payout from my second 10k account. Instead of processing it, I got an email saying I had a hard breach. The message claimed I had a $120 loss on the account and also that I hadn’t used a stop loss on a handful of my scalping trades.
After that, the account was wiped (washed) and my access got revoked.
If they’re going to disable accounts over a stop-loss or breach rule, then they should inform the customer at the time the issue happens—not only after someone submits a payout request.
Yes, the terms and conditions mention rules, but in my case this felt like a misinterpretation and it was clearly being applied in their favor. I received no earlier breach emails, no warning, nothing at all. And that’s why I can’t recommend them.
