Often, when issues arise, one might expect delays in getting a response or be asked for account details repeatedly. However, my interaction with Miracle was refreshingly straightforward.     This firm is nothing short of a scam; best to steer clear. The CEO has a history of fraudulent activities, particularly in cheating traders. From my experience with their platform, it was glaringly obvious that it’s designed to trap traders. They seem to be interested solely in profiting off your investments, as I’ve seen no evidence of actual payouts to anyone, regardless of what positive reviews you might read online. It’s clear they are manipulating trades to ensure that you come out on the losing end.

    I encountered some troubles with Tradovate refusing to close my trades. I reached out to MFF, and they responded in just a few minutes. They reassured me to simply leave the account as it was, promising they would handle the situation. At that point, I was down $700 on my accounts, but they went ahead and reset all my PA accounts at no cost. I was back to trading the very next day. Nathan provided excellent service throughout this process.

    I can honestly say that switching to a new firm has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! My previous experiences with companies like Topstep, Apex, and a few others were quite unsatisfactory. However, my first account with MFFU has been a breath of fresh air; it’s been significantly better than any of those past encounters.

    The customer service here is top-notch. While there isn’t a phone line available, who really needs more frustrating customer service over the phone anyway? A big shout-out to Matt L for all his help!

    As for the data lagging and outages, those weren’t issues directly caused by MFFU. Nevertheless, they approached the situation as though it was their responsibility, which I truly appreciated.

    Where should I start? I opened a few Mffu accounts and made my payments without any problems—everything went smoothly.

    However, today I encountered some serious issues with Tradovate, which resulted in me losing a simulated funded account because of significant input lag on their end. Understandably, this left me quite frustrated. I reached out to Mffu support, and to my surprise, they restored my account along with the exact same profit I had—literally on the same day, as if nothing had happened.

    Special thanks to Nathan; honestly, they didn’t have to assist me, but they did reset my account due to the issues caused by Tradovate.
