    Initially, my experience with the firm was positive; however, a significant structural change disrupted the atmosphere. Throughout my time, I had successful payouts and even thrived as an ambassador and affiliate. But everything shifted when Gabrielo assumed the role of Head of Customer Relations. Suddenly, they began to refuse payouts and dismissed my concerns and inquiries.

    Just yesterday, I found that I was unable to trade the allotted contract size on my accounts. When I reached out for clarification, I was advised to execute a trade with the maximum lots to make it work. Unfortunately, during this process, I incurred a loss and requested the cancellation of that trade, as I was following their guidance. Today, I received an email stating that I had been banned and permanently excluded from using their services.

    There are certainly better firms out there, along with more promising opportunities to earn money. It’s crucial to choose wisely and steer clear of environments driven by power struggles.

    Initially, during my time with this firm, they opened a position on my account without informing me. I only learned about it when I received an email after inquiring. They did eventually reinstate my account. A couple of days later, I took a position and set a stop-loss (SL). However, after I adjusted the SL, they blocked my account, claiming I hadn’t set it in the first place. When I reached out to their team, they told me they were analyzing my account to verify my claims. They waited until the price fell before restarting my account, and shortly after, I got an email notifying me of the losses.

    In the beginning, when the company first launched, things seemed promising. Unfortunately, it’s gone downhill since then. I genuinely feel they will do anything to ensure you lose your funds.
