    I was banned without any clear explanation and told it was due to bot activity. When I asked for evidence or specifics, they refused to provide any details. I can guarantee that every trade was executed by me personally. Their lack of proper reasoning or explanation is truly troubling. If you are considering opening an account with them, proceed with caution. It’s wise to stick with more reputable firms. Please, for your own sake, avoid these guys.

    Here’s a snippet from my communication with their support team:

    “Hi Soruban!
    I’m Ike, part of the MyFundedFutures Support Team. I’m here to assist you with any questions or concerns. Let me know how I can help!
    I can confirm that you have recently been in touch with our risk department. I’m sorry, but the decision from that department is final, and we appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.”

    Yet, I requested a proper explanation. I’ve invested a lot here, hoping to secure a funded account and withdraw my profits. Suddenly restricting me without valid reasoning feels incredibly unfair. I asked if any trades were placed by a bot since I have proof that all trades were mine, utilizing TradingView and sometimes Tradovate because of delays from TradingView.

    “Show me just one trade that was executed by a bot,” I insisted.

    I now regret not listening to the reviews and choosing to stick with firms like TakeProfitTraders or Apex, where at least they provide proper explanations. It was a mistake to trust a company that bans customers without justification.

    In a later message, Ike wrote, “After consulting with a higher authority, we regret to inform you that the decision is final and cannot be reversed. We appreciate your patience.” How considerate!

    I hope they continue to ban even the funded traders so they can profit while we can’t access our withdrawals. Thank you for giving me zero reasons or evidence for your claims and for what feels like a scam. Truly an outstanding firm.

    My experience with this firm has been incredibly disappointing. Initially, the evaluation process went smoothly, but once I started trading on the funded account, I encountered numerous issues. My account number is MFFUSFST239915004, and unfortunately, the support team hasn’t resolved any of my problems. In fact, they have even restricted my login access. Despite paying the evaluation fees, I lost around $3,000 in profits. I requested a reset due to the difficulties I faced, which stemmed from the firm’s end, but I was still blocked from logging in. It feels like a frustrating situation with very little support from the team.

It’s a bit frustrating because when you transition to a live account, your initial balance is limited to just $3,000. I believe they should provide traders with the option to choose whether to continue with a simulated funded account or switch to a live one. Giving traders that choice would enhance the overall experience significantly.
