    The response time from this firm leaves much to be desired. I often receive different answers to the same inquiries, and the constant refrain of “wait for our tech team” gets quite frustrating. I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks for a payout request, and there’s been no response or review in sight. When I reach out via email, they seem to find various excuses to deny payment. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise steering clear of this company.

When I began trading as a funded account, I made some impulsive scalping moves initially. After I requested my very first payout, Sage pointed out that my approach didn’t align with their micro-scalping policy and warned me that my account could be closed if it happened again. I took that advice to heart and adjusted my trading style, which led to my second successful payout.

    One thing that stands out about this firm is the speed of their payouts. I requested my funds, and the approval came on the same day. It was impressive—within just a couple of minutes, the money was in my Bank of America account each time I received a payout. The company has straightforward rules and clear communication.     I accidentally reset two of my canceled accounts, and after just two days of trading, those accounts failed due to being expired. I didn’t feel like that was fair, so I decided to reach out to customer support. After a bit of back and forth, I got in touch with Gabrielo, who was really helpful. He managed to refund my evaluation fees, which I really appreciated. Now, I’m planning to open new accounts, but this time I’ll be more careful!

    The experience has been quite disappointing. I purchased a $150,000 account and was nearly halfway to passing when I came to a frustrating realization. With my preference for small stops, I found that I couldn’t risk more than around four lots (0.25%). This limited approach made it feel like passing the evaluation would stretch on indefinitely. Honestly, I could have easily passed multiple times if I had the option to risk 1%. I even got multiple accounts for this reason.

    It seems clear to me that their strategy is to prolong the passing process, likely to take advantage of the ongoing monthly fees. As a result, I’m seriously considering moving to a different firm.

    Initially, Sage alleged that my sister and I were actually the same individual since we shared an internet connection during a family holiday. Even after I presented substantial evidence to refute this claim, Sage insisted that one person was managing both our accounts. There is absolutely no basis for these accusations, yet Sage seems quite adept at conjuring up excuses to avoid processing payouts. I anticipated a resolution regarding this issue, having all the proof needed to counter Sage’s unfounded allegations. However, it appears that I may need to consider legal action, as they are uncooperative in resolving the matter.

    I firmly advise anyone in their right mind not to place their trust in this company. They entice clients with promotional codes, only to leave you frustrated and empty-handed when it comes time to receive your payout.

    I felt compelled to share my experience with this trading firm. While they do offer some attractive plans, their payout policies leave much to be desired. I’d caution you against their giveaways—they seem too good to be true. In my case, they promised gifts but ended up shutting down their system, leaving customers empty-handed. I applied all the necessary coupon codes, yet none were processed.

    To make matters worse, when I reached out for support, the response was downright rude. They flat-out denied any crediting to accounts, claiming the coupons had failed. I even have photographic evidence of my attempts to claim their giveaways and the reset, but it all fell flat. The system indicated that my codes were applied, which should mean I was on time. Normally, if there was an issue, you’d get a message saying the coupon couldn’t be found, but that wasn’t the case here.

    Their customer service was particularly disappointing, often mocking those who raised concerns and responding in a painfully petty manner. It makes me wonder if they have long-term plans for staying in business. Overall, my experience with their customer support has been frustrating and irritating. Proceed with caution if you decide to engage with them. Thank you.
