    I’ve been waiting for more than 15 days for an account that supposedly includes activation, and yet it keeps showing up like I never paid. Honestly, the customer service is terrible. They never answer—whether it’s the web support page or Discord support—and after a while it just becomes exhausting.

    I’ve been insisting that they pay attention to my issue, but they ignore me. They claim to have 100K accounts, but none of that matters if they don’t fix problems or refund the money. At this point, I really advise people not to trust this company. They seem focused only on selling exams, not on helping serious and consistent traders who actually need solutions.

    What’s frustrating is that they used to be one of the best, both in terms of payments and support. Now it’s completely different. For example, they take up to 12 days just to review payments, and even then they still don’t resolve anything. In another complaint I had, it was the same story: no clear response, no real solution.

    If they keep treating customers like this, it’s hard not to feel like they don’t care. They don’t answer, they don’t fix the activation issue, and they don’t return the money—so, for me, they’ve gone from bad to terrible.

    I submitted my payout request to QT on 3 May. As of today, 13 May, the request still hasn’t even been approved.

    According to QT’s own policy, payouts should be processed within 48 hours, but it’s now been well over a week without any proper update or transparency from the team. And honestly, the lack of communication is the part that bothers me most.

    If firms want traders to follow rules and deadlines strictly, then traders should expect the same professionalism back—clear communication, accountability, and realistic timelines.

    QT really needs to explain what’s causing these delays and share accurate processing timeframes, instead of leaving everyone waiting in silence.

    It’s been 25 days since I requested a payout, and I still haven’t received anything. Honestly, the whole experience feels like a scam to me—propfim and their setup just don’t look legit.

    If you’re in India, please don’t fall for their “cheap price” marketing. Better options are out there. I’d recommend going with a more established company like Funding Pips or 5ers.

    Also, my QT experience was really disappointing, and in my opinion, it’s scam-level.

    Please don’t buy this account. It’s really the worst experience. I requested my payout on 14 April, and it still hasn’t been approved even after more than a month. I kept waiting and following up, but there has been no proper response from the support team. Honestly, the risk team also seems to be inactive.

    So if you’re thinking about purchasing, please avoid it. No one is responding, and it feels like your payout won’t be handled. Don’t buy this.

    DO NOT TRADE WITH QT. Absolute scammers. They come up with the smallest excuses to keep your account restricted, and once you request a payout, it’s like they just disappear. I’ve been waiting for a 4,000 AED withdrawal that I requested about 3 months ago, and now they’re ignoring my emails completely.

    Honestly, just use another prop firm—anything but Quant tekel.

    They refused my funded 2-step account because they said I had too many instant-funded accounts around 2 months before I passed the 2-step stage. Honestly, it makes no sense to me, as I had already completed the requirements and been approved previously. To make matters worse, they’ve stopped replying to my emails as well. Overall, the customer service is pretty poor.

    I’m writing this as a heads-up to other traders. I’m a paid client (Order #772565) and my $30 refund was officially approved by Fred on April 7th. It’s now been 36 days, and I still haven’t received a single cent.

    What’s really shocking is how they handled it. When I asked for an update in Discord, their moderators blocked me for 7 days instead of actually helping. I’ve also opened multiple tickets (#23324, #29118, #24157), but I’ve gotten basically nothing—no real reply, no human response, just silence.

    To be clear, this is how they act after they take your money. They say the refund will take 5–10 business days, but once you follow up after a month, you get blocked and ignored. In my opinion, it’s scammy behavior. I’ve got email proof and payment invoices to back everything up.

    Please stay away from QT Funded.

    Honestly, this is the worst property firm I’ve dealt with, and I’m not the only one. From my own experience and what pretty much everyone I know has said after using them, the result is the same: you get ripped off. They promised things they didn’t deliver and it felt like they were only interested in taking your money. Save yourself the hassle and just stay away.

    Please don’t waste your time or money on this company. They don’t pay people, and honestly it’s just scam after scam. In my experience, they’re among the worst in this industry—really the kind of place you want to avoid at all costs.

    I initially invested with a company that looked professional and trustworthy, but things changed over time. After a while, I started running into problems with communication and, especially, with withdrawing my funds.

    In a pretty stressful moment, I found Veritas R E D R E S S. They gave me clear guidance and kept everything handled in a professional way. Their support helped me understand my options much better, and honestly it made the whole situation feel a lot more manageable. I didn’t expect it to go this smoothly, so I’m glad I reached out.

    Honestly, I tried to stay patient and give this firm the benefit of the doubt for months.

    Unfortunately, I ran into payout refusals for reasons that didn’t feel solid at all. One example was an alleged “exposure rule” breach, but they never provided any real evidence—no clear proof showing my SL placement actually crossed any limit. I submitted MetaTrader screenshots, timestamps, and detailed explanations, and still everything was ignored.

    Even with that, I stayed loyal.

    Over time, I bought more than 20 accounts with them, kept trading in a serious way, and after waiting close to a month—plus constantly re-opening support and relaunching tickets—one of my payouts eventually got approved.

    So, I had enough faith to upgrade to a bigger account. I traded well, produced strong results, and made solid profit… and then, when it was time to withdraw again? Complete silence.

    I contacted them everywhere:

    * Discord support channels
    * Support tickets
    * Private messages
    * Direct messages to founders/support staff

    Instead of any explanation, I was banned from Discord, even though I never insulted anyone or acted disrespectfully.

    What worries me most is that this doesn’t look isolated. A lot of traders are sharing the same pattern:

    * Delayed payouts
    * No real communication
    * Vague or ambiguous rule interpretation
    * Support going missing right when withdrawals are requested

    Yes, their accounts can be cheaper than competitors, but being cheaper doesn’t mean much if transparency and professionalism disappear the moment traders become profitable.

    Based on my experience right now, this no longer feels like a serious long-term prop firm.

    I genuinely hope someone from QT Funded reaches out, because I’m still open to discussion. I also kept every screenshot, ticket, conversation, and piece of proof showing the negligence and lack of professionalism I experienced throughout the whole process.

    I was honestly impressed with how fast they handled my ticket. I got help the same day, and the response time was super quick—couldn’t ask for more. Overall, this kind of customer support is hard to beat!!!

    I opened a ticket about 2 weeks ago because 2 of my payouts were denied due to a FALSE “max allocation breach”. Honestly, they didn’t include any evidence at all. They just rejected the payout and then went quiet. I’ve got supporting proof that I’ve never gone over the maximum £100k instant allocation.

    At any given time I never had more than 3 accounts running at once, each at 25k, so it’s nowhere near the limit. The one they claimed was a “4th trading account” was actually breached the day before because of hitting the max daily loss, so it doesn’t make sense. It’s not even about interpretation of the rules—this is straight up wrong. Still, they won’t respond to the tickets, there’s no reply on Discord either, and they even banned me from general chat. Nobody is helping to sort it out.

    What’s really frustrating is I’ve been with QT for around a year. I’ve spent roughly £1,600 on accounts. I even passed several 100k funded challenges, only to have the payouts denied due to “hidden rule breaks”. I can accept it when I genuinely mess up and breach something, but in my case I’ve always fixed what needed fixing. The issue is, they still don’t pay out once you start doing well.

    From what I can tell, they either make up a trade that never happened or falsely accuse you—max allocation, news breach, you name it. If you look at the funded Discord channel, it’s happening to quite a few traders. So yeah, it really feels like people who get paid are either connected to the company or have a strong affiliate setup.

    Even my trading group is now discussing switching away from them because of the false accusations and the refusal to provide evidence when payments are denied. No wonder I’m not getting proper explanations or any help on this—apparently they can’t say anything specific, and they don’t seem willing to assist at all.

    DO NOT BUY trading accounts from this firm.

    They clearly don’t have enough funds to manage payouts for the traders. If you manage to pass their checks and start making big profits, they will delay you for 1–2 months under the name of a “risk interview.” And even after the interview, they still don’t process your payouts.

    Honestly, it’s better to avoid this prop firm. They seem to make money mainly from offer or account sales, and they only release payouts for small amounts. In my experience, it feels like a complete scam.

    Please don’t buy accounts and lose your money. I have all the proof in my hand.

    They really keep on their word. Everything was handled as promised, and there were no weird surprises along the way. I appreciate that kind of reliability—if they say something, they follow through. Honestly, that consistency stood out to me more than anything else.
