    This firm operates on a questionable business model that seems designed to deny traders their hard-earned payouts when they finally reach that milestone. Legitimately, you can expect to receive nothing from this company. They continually alter their policies, seemingly on a weekly basis, which complicates the process of maintaining your funded account and finding any success in payouts. One notable issue is that the payout date is nowhere to be found on the dashboard. Instead, the only method to initiate a payout request is through Discord, which is quite unprofessional. Furthermore, timing is crucial; you must carefully count the days before submitting your payout request. If you happen to request it a day too early or late, you’ll simply have to wait for the next cycle. Take my advice: if you are a newcomer to trading, you should be wary—this firm is unlikely to honor your payouts.

Their primary goal seems to be the lure of promotions, which attract evaluation fees, only to have those terms changed unexpectedly by introducing new rules whenever they see fit. It’s best to steer clear of them entirely.

    I’ve recently seen a request from this firm for further information on my experience. To put it bluntly, my interest in discussing issues with them matches their interest in addressing my concerns—essentially, none at all. Their track record shows that engaging with them is a complete waste of time, effort, and money, and any hope I had for a fair resolution will likely be met with silence. I strongly advise anyone considering QT to conduct thorough research before investing any funds. I anticipate they will continue to disregard any feedback provided, as they go about their manipulative tactics to extract money from their remaining clientele, all of whom will eventually depart.

    Addressing their previous comment, my concerns are not about clearly outlined rules, such as the infamous 2-minute rule. Rather, it is QT’s approach to business that is troubling. Their tendency to revoke accounts at their sole discretion and without warning is unacceptable. This behavior guarantees that I will never engage with this firm again.

    My experience with this proprietary trading firm was far from satisfactory. Trading is inherently stressful, so the added frustration of being denied payouts due to alleged breaches from previous challenges—ones that were closed, failed, and completed—was particularly disheartening. Just when I thought I was moving forward by starting a new challenge and securing funded accounts, they took two accounts away from me without explanation. To add insult to injury, they even had the audacity to send me a discount code to purchase another account.

    From the moment the money was out of my bank for any future challenges, I felt I was instantly in breach. The behavior I encountered was truly shocking. In the firm’s Discord community, all I see are complaints about various issues: delayed responses, payout cycles being pushed back, problems with spreads, and an endless cycle of rule changes that make it nearly impossible to stay on track. My advice is clear: steer clear of this firm!

    Initially, I had my reservations, but the entire process has turned out remarkably seamless. Right after I completed Phase 1, I received the details for Phase 2 almost instantly, and just a few days post-Phase 2, my funded account was active. Honestly, I doubt there’s another firm that can match their rapid support response times! The support team has been exceptional—every email I’ve sent has been answered in under 15 minutes. When I needed the certificate after activating my live account, which wasn’t visible on my dashboard, Maddigiri replied in just 5 minutes with the PDF and PNG attachments. Overall, the experience has been very smooth, and I have no doubts it will remain that way as I begin to experience these payouts.

Honestly, I’ve encountered the most unfavorable trading conditions here than anywhere else. I reached out multiple times to address these concerns, yet I received no clear explanations whatsoever. My advice? Stay far away from this firm.

    I began my challenge around May 2024. I actually received a payout in June, but they put it on hold due to the ongoing migration. They mentioned that the process for client payouts would be completed in about 4-6 weeks. However, it wasn’t until October that everything was finalized, and after a long wait, I finally got my account back. I submitted another payout request on November 21st, only to be informed on December 8th that my account was terminated. They claimed I used 137 different IP addresses and was utilizing a VPN from a restricted country, which is hard to believe. I never used a VPN or anything similar. I reached out for clarification, but the risk team has not responded to my emails.

    Can you imagine waiting six months for your payout only to have it canceled without any proof? Dear Risk Team QT, if you come across this, please respond to my email regarding ticket #10082444. Thank you.

    This is a follow-up for QT. I’ve asked for details and proof, yet there has been no response. It seems like you have no evidence and are unwilling to process my payout.

    The Discord group associated with this trading firm is, without a doubt, the least pleasant experience I’ve encountered. Women, in particular, should be cautious of certain immature individuals who seem unable to manage their inappropriate behavior. The atmosphere is often tainted by offensive remarks, unwanted advances, and even personal stalking that disrupts what should be a supportive trading environment. It resembles more of a high school setting where insecure members resort to bullying newcomers rather than a professional funded chat for traders.

    It’s unfortunate because the QT team generally maintains a level of professionalism and courtesy, even when conflicts or differing opinions arise. However, their lack of action against the frequent bullying from some members severely tarnishes the experience. Inappropriate comments are visible to the team, yet it seems there’s little effort to reprimand those who overstep boundaries, leaving many users feeling uncomfortable in the chat.

    It’s best to steer clear of this trading firm. Honestly, it feels like the worst of the worst, especially with the abundance of seemingly fake positive reviews out there.

    While I could go on and on with reasons to avoid this firm, many have already been shared. For instance, it took me a lengthy 15 days to finally get my “funded account,” after passing both the 1×3 and 1×1 stages without any issues. Everything seemed fine during the checks, but the wait was excruciating. Just today, I submitted a payment request for $900, only to have it denied right away due to HFT. The claim is completely unfounded—I have not broken any of their absurd rules!

    In my experience, any proprietary trading firm out there is a step up from this charade. Seriously, save yourself the hassle and STAY AWAY! I’ll be sharing screenshots of my experience wherever I can get the word out.

    I recently received an email from risk@quanttekel.com informing me that my accounts had been lost due to activity detected from a US IP address. I made it clear that I don’t live in the USA and that I have no ties to the country whatsoever. My city’s IP address is also listed in their system. To back this up, I provided proof of my residence, demonstrating I do not reside in the USA. Despite this, they went ahead and deleted my account balance of $50,000, claiming that “it seems” their system identified an IP connecting from a restricted country, which breached their policies.

    I raised the question of how I can comply with such rules when there could be instances of US IP addresses invading or a third-party US server service that I don’t control. I found it troubling that “QUANT TEKEL Pty Ltd does not offer services, Metaquotes, or MT5 services for residents of certain jurisdictions, including Canada, Crimea, Cuba, Cyprus, India, Iran, Malaysia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the United States.” Even if I can prove I don’t live in those restricted areas, is it justified to delete an account based merely on an IP address? I also argued that it feels incredibly unfair to wipe out a $50,000 account after nearly ten months of hard work for such a reason. Unfortunately, my inquiries went unanswered.

    All things considered, I find this prop firm to be untrustworthy, making arbitrary decisions that raise concerns about its long-term sustainability.

    I have a funded MT5 account with AscendX, which has recently rebranded to Quant Tekel. Earlier in 2024, they transitioned to a new MT5 broker, and since then, customers have been left waiting for account migrations. As of June, when the new broker became active, I’m still in limbo regarding my account transfer.

    I’ve submitted over seven support tickets and countless emails and Discord messages, yet I keep hearing the same story: it’s in the hands of the risk department. Meanwhile, I’ve noticed other traders receiving their accounts while I’ve been waiting for six months. I have a funded account of $200,000, which peaked at $216,000 before the pause on everyone’s accounts.

    Assuming they eventually complete my account migration, I plan to revise this review for the better. However, at this moment, I’m quite disappointed by the treatment I’ve received, especially as a long-term trader who has complied with all the rules and patiently waited. It shouldn’t take this long for a simple account migration!

    I was also promised compensation of 0.5% weekly on my profits during this waiting period, so I’m eager to see if they will stand by that commitment.

    UPDATE: I’m still awaiting news. I’ve followed up multiple times and have only been informed by one of their moderators that my request is still with the compliance team. I will keep everyone posted once my account is migrated.

    I’ve been keeping an eye on this proprietary trading firm since its inception, and my experience has certainly been a rollercoaster ride. Initially, I thought they were really making strides after their rebranding to QT, but it soon became apparent that there are still major reliability issues.

    One of the primary concerns is the sheer number of rules they impose, which are often vague and scattered across various platforms. Some regulations are mentioned on Discord, others in their FAQ, and surprisingly, you might find one tucked away in their email signature! With so many restrictions like the 15-second and 2-minute rules, it feels almost impossible to find success. It’s as if they’re setting you up for failure instead of guiding you on your trading journey.

    I had an experience where I thought I might have violated the 15-second rule, so I reached out to their support for clarity. Unfortunately, they couldn’t provide any solid answers at that time. If I had managed to complete both challenges successfully, only to be informed about an issue during the payout phase, it raises the question: why should I invest so much time and effort only to face denial at the very end?

    Also, be wary of their advertised “massive discounts.” They may sound appealing, but the evaluations are still priced rather high. Even with a discount, you might end up paying as much as you would with other, more reputable firms, especially when those firms offer their own 20% off promotions.

    I recently encountered a security issue while traveling in Asia for several months. Although I always use a VPN when working from cafes, there was one instance where I accidentally connected to a U.S. IP address, leading to a breach of all my accounts. While I get that U.S. residents can’t trade with this firm, their FAQ doesn’t mention that even a mistaken U.S. IP could create problems. This lack of clear communication is quite troubling.

    Ultimately, I’d suggest going with FTMO or other more reliable proprietary firms. They provide a better overall experience, and you really don’t need to look anywhere else if you’re serious about trading.

    In response to QT: you did respond on Discord after dispatching mass emails and causing multiple account breaches. But still, no proof has been provided. Your “risk team” remains unresponsive.

    I am set to receive my payout in just two days, but I was surprised to get an email from QT claiming I violated their rules regarding US IP address usage. This was frustrating to hear since I’m located in Asia and haven’t even used a VPN. It feels rather coincidental that this issue came up right before my payout.
