    I’ve been trading with Quant Tekel, formerly known as Ascendx Capital, for quite some time now, thanks to a recommendation from a trader I trust. I have to say, their service and platform really impressed me. The other day, I made a blunder by using a VPN that connected me to the USA, which is against their policies. They promptly suspended my account due to this infraction. However, after discussing the situation with their team, they chose to reinstate my account. Their customer service team was quick to respond and very professional, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction while still adhering to the regulations required of a broker. I’ve worked with other proprietary trading firms in the past, but I must admit, the spreads at Quant Tekel are noticeably tighter than those at the competition.     Caution is advised when considering this proprietary trading firm, as my experiences suggest serious issues with payouts. It’s been seven weeks since I requested my payment, and despite sending what feels like dozens of emails, the only reply I’ve received is that “your complaint is taken very seriously and will be forwarded to the relevant department.”

    Frankly, that’s not good enough. This company appears deeply problematic, and I would strongly recommend steering clear of this prop firm.

    The prolonged wait for my payout has left me feeling frustrated and disheartened, and I can’t help but wonder how much longer this business can operate under such conditions.

    It’s disheartening for me to write this review, especially since I once believed this proprietary trading firm had great potential—I even awarded them a five-star rating previously. After successfully completing three payouts on my accounts and undergoing a risk interview where I received positive feedback on my trading, I was taken aback when I learned they decided to “part ways” with me.

    To make matters worse, before they had even reset my accounts, I received a rather abrupt email from the risk department stating that all of my accounts would be closed. There was no explanation given, no rule violations cited—simply a decision made because, according to their terms and conditions, they have the right to do so.

    I’m genuinely disappointed as my experience with them had been positive until this abrupt turn of events. To add insult to injury, they refused to provide a refund on my accounts as a gesture of goodwill.

    I was suddenly labeled as a violation without any clear explanation.

    When I asked for evidence regarding this violation, I was met with silence. The basis for the violation was vague at best, and it felt as if I was penalized out of nowhere.

    Despite reaching out, my email inquiries have gone unanswered.

    Later on, I was informed that my disqualification stemmed from using an EA. This leaves me puzzled, considering I had explicitly asked beforehand if using EA for settlements was allowed, to which they replied, “OK.”

    It’s quite bewildering to find myself disqualified after receiving prior permission. Honestly, I’ve come to believe this is the worst firm I’ve ever dealt with.

    I recently had an experience with Tradezella, which surprisingly utilized a U.S. IP address. I ran into a similar issue with Alpha Capital Group too.

    Right after that, I found myself banned from QT. It was frustrating at first; however, after multiple discussions with various admins and a lot of back-and-forth, I was able to clarify that I hadn’t done anything wrong. Thankfully, they reinstated my account just yesterday after a five-day wait.

    I genuinely appreciate this resolution, and it was the right call on their part.

    As for fellow traders, I’d advise against using any software that has access to your IP addresses.

    I’ve been a dedicated customer since Ascendx first opened its doors. However, after they transitioned to QT, I found myself waiting a frustrating six weeks for my new login information. I reached out to request a refund, but my inquiries went unanswered for quite some time. Eventually, when I did hear back, they claimed they couldn’t locate my payment. Ultimately, I didn’t want to keep my account, but I felt compelled to accept it regardless. The overall customer service leaves much to be desired. QT has the potential to be fantastic, but that begins with their leadership, which can be unprofessional now and then. Probably the most aggravating aspect for any customer is being left without communication. Despite everything, I genuinely wish them all the best, but I’ve decided to move on.

    The trading conditions at QuantTekel are satisfactory, but I regret to say I can’t recommend this firm. I recently requested a payout and encountered a frustrating situation. They provided a rather flimsy excuse for refusing to process my payment. I was told I would need to endure another payout cycle, which involves making two extra trading days with a 0.5% profit once again. Their reasoning? “We’re currently busy updating the payout date on the dashboard, so you’ll have to redo the entire payout cycle, along with the trading day requirements.” It’s frankly absurd!

I’ve been with this firm for two years—back when they changed their name—and it feels like every time I ask for a payout, there’s some sort of update or a cycle reset happening. Honestly, I’ve spent two years trading with them for nothing in return. If you can, trade your own capital; you’ll have more freedom to access your money whenever you want.

    I would like to take a moment to articulate the reasons behind my one-star review, primarily due to this company’s ongoing difficulty in providing clear explanations. Recently, I decided to reach out to their staff on Discord after taking an extended break from trading. Since my hiatus, the firm has rebranded from AscendX to Quanttekel.

    My inquiry specifically involved retrieving some of my prior challenges, which had been on hold for about five months, including a $200,000, $50,000, and $10,000 challenge from when they operated as AscendX. A staff member assured me they would assist in resolving this issue and even encouraged me to give them a five-star rating. However, after waiting about four hours for an update, I discovered that I had been kicked out of the server and banned. At no point did I express any disrespect or complaints regarding my situation; I was merely told the issue would be addressed shortly.

    I have evidence, including screenshots, but my main concern is understanding the reason behind my ban and whether I can expect to regain access to my accounts. Thank you for taking the time to consider my situation.

One thing I appreciate about Quant Tekel is their transparency regarding rules; as long as you adhere to them, payment is guaranteed. Their customer support has consistently been helpful, too. In fact, I’ve never waited more than an hour or two to get a response to a ticket. Just today, I encountered an issue with my DXtrade credentials, and Rick was quick to help me resolve it.
