This firm, previously known as AscendX, transitioned to Quantekkel, causing delays that left traders waiting for months. When concerns were finally raised, the response was often impatient and hasty, without a real understanding of the challenges traders faced.

    It’s worth noting that many positive reviews seem to focus solely on customer service during the challenge phase. However, once you’ve reached the funded account stage, the level of service drastically declines. Communication turns harsh and rushed, resembling dealings with a less-than-reputable outfit. Many favorable reviews appear to be posted by newly created accounts with minimal history or even representatives of the firm itself.

    As traders, it’s crucial to exercise caution and fully research any proprietary trading firm. I’ve learned my lesson, and as we move into 2025, I urge all traders to consider their options carefully.     Unreliable Company and Unfulfilled Promises

    Review:
    My experience with this firm has been far from positive. I spent over half a year navigating their challenge phase, only to be unfairly accused of gambling. After some back-and-forth, they initially agreed to refund my money, which gave me hope. But now, they’ve reversed their decision, suggesting I should retake the challenge because they believe I can succeed.

    I can’t accept this change. They’ve demonstrated a lack of reliability and a disregard for their commitments. I want my refund as we originally agreed.

    Due to this unjust treatment, I plan to create an in-depth video with my community on platforms like YouTube and TikTok. I’ll showcase evidence of our conversations and my trading history to reveal how this company operates unfairly. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution before engaging with them.     I received an email stating that my account was banned due to a violation of the 1 lot rule. However, I had a $50,000 account with the advanced plan, which didn’t initially have such a limit. It’s worth noting that during my first payout, I was supposed to qualify for a free challenge, but they offered various excuses to withhold payment. It feels absurd to impose a 1 lot limit without proper notification. If there were changes, I should have been informed clearly to ensure understanding.

    I have documentation where Simon acknowledges there was a communication issue and that I wasn’t properly notified by email. He promised that I would receive both my funds and my account back. Yet, all I’ve encountered since then are mutes and bans—it’s simply ridiculous. This situation is starting to feel like a farce. I strongly advise against investing in this trading firm, which seems to prioritize paying influencers over genuine operations, including questionable marketing tactics.

    Had I been at fault, I could have accepted it, but I possess all the evidence proving that I acted correctly. Simon himself recognized the company’s mistake and indicated it should be addressed. Until now, I remained quiet, trying to be patient, but today I felt compelled to reclaim what I rightfully earned. Instead, I’ve faced more mutes and bans. My accounts are being shut down with no payouts and no refunds in sight!

    The review I’m sharing is based on my genuine experience. I had a $100,000 account that experienced an alarming breach after a migration process. Prior to this migration, I successfully received a payout of $11,000. My account had been monitored for a month, and I even underwent a risk interview.

    Reece reviewed my account and confirmed that it hadn’t breached any rules, noting my risk was below 1%, which justified the payout. However, once the migration occurred, I wasn’t able to trade my account anymore.

    After the migration, I received an email claiming I was now at a risk level exceeding 4%, which supposedly violated their rules. When I reached out to tech support and the Discord community for help, I ended up being removed and banned from the server. It’s not just my experience; many others have faced similar treatment.

    The payouts being advertised are primarily for influencers. Many genuine traders, like myself, find it hard to receive their payouts or even maintain their accounts.
