    I registered for a test account, and despite it showing as “Active,” I found that my orders were being rejected. The issue stemmed from the lack of a market data subscription, which was necessary for real-time market data. It’s puzzling that this wasn’t configured before my account status switched from “Pending” to “Active.”

    Luckily, I reached out via the support chat on the TPT website during the Asian futures session. Alemar Mercado came to my rescue and quickly activated the market data subscription, effectively resolving my issue.

    I didn’t encounter many problems, aside from a bit of a rough patch with customer support. I was under the impression that leaving an open order—rather than an open position—could result in my accounts being liquidated. The rules around that are still a bit murky for me. Thankfully, my accounts are all good, so it appears everything is in order. To be safe, I’ve decided to cancel all open orders daily just to avoid any potential issues. I really appreciated Julia’s help after a frustrating 24 hours of uncertainty; she clarified things for me.

    I’m seriously considering bumping my rating up to five stars.

    Generally, the customer service at this trading firm has been impressive—quick and helpful, to be exact. However, my recent experience tells a different story. When I reached out to Lucas for more information today, I found the interaction frustrating.

    It’s hard to tell if Lucas is new to the role or simply disinterested, but he came across as inattentive and lacking in knowledge about the systems at TPT. His responses seemed disjointed, almost as if he wasn’t taking the time to read my questions properly. Instead of delivering clear answers, he responded with vague statements and assumptions about what I wanted to know, rather than actively working to clarify my concerns.

    After some back-and-forth, I requested to speak with a supervisor or someone who might provide the answers I needed. Surprisingly, it took me three requests before he finally agreed to redirect me. Now, I’m still waiting for a response…

    Update: I did eventually hear back from a so-called supervisor named Roland, but his email did not address any of my follow-up questions. He claimed all accounts were notified via email, which wasn’t the case for me at all. To make matters worse, his concluding statement was, “We are unable to assist further at this point.” After asking for a resolution, I’m left without a satisfactory reply. Honestly, I’m quite shocked and disappointed by how I’ve been treated.

    I encountered significant issues with my Ninja Trader, particularly concerning connection and performance. Unfortunately, the customer service has been less than satisfactory. I reached out for assistance to adjust and resolve my PNL discrepancies, providing them with evidence directly from my platform as well as communications I’ve had with Ninja Trader support. It’s been nearly two days without trading because of their lack of urgency, which is disappointing, especially as a military veteran trader.

    I wanted to share an update about my experiences with the firm. I’ve successfully passed another test account, this time for the $150,000 account. There was a minor billing issue, but Ryan addressed it promptly; he is both kind and direct.

    Although I haven’t received my payout just yet, I am confident that it will come through soon — after all, they’ll be busy chasing the next trader. 😄

    Take Profit Trader does an excellent job of simulating a realistic trading environment, complete with all the challenges of the live markets. My strategy is simple: I don’t need to outrun the predator, just the other traders.

Their payment process is prompt, and unlike many others, they don’t burden you with a lengthy set of rules just to make a withdrawal. The essential factor here is the ability to withdraw funds; many firms can hold your money for virtually any reason. However, this company stands out as they pay out daily, and once you reach a specific milestone, you get placed into a live trading account. I wholeheartedly endorse this firm above all the others I’ve worked with, having successfully passed the requirements and withdrawn from each of them. Another aspect I truly appreciate is their live customer support; unlike other firms that only offer email communication and often take ages to respond, Take Profit Trader provides immediate assistance. I can confidently say I won’t recommend any other prop firm because this one is the real deal.
