    Having successfully completed The5ers challenge, I was shocked to find my funded account DENIED. This isn’t my first troubling experience with them; last year, I attempted to purchase an account, but during the payment process, it didn’t get created. Still, my money was debited. After considerable back-and-forth with support, I was advised by the risk management team to open a dispute, as they couldn’t track my bank. I did just that, and fortunately, the issue was ultimately resolved. However, after finally passing the challenge, I was informed that, due to the dispute I had initiated, all my accounts would be permanently canceled, leaving me with no refund and the loss of future collaborations. I have retained all the emails as proof. To say it’s unfair and frustrating is an understatement; I really invested my effort into passing that challenge and expected better treatment.

    After several months of trading, I finally received my first paycheck from my $100,000 account. Overall, I’m quite pleased with the platform; the website is straightforward, making it easy to access information whenever I had a question. The AI assistant, along with the real support staff, has been quite helpful, albeit a little insistent at times—like when they encouraged me to leave a glowing review on Trustpilot, which felt a bit unprofessional to me, to be honest.

    In addition, I also trade accounts with FTMO, and I’ve noticed a few drawbacks when comparing them. For instance, the 10:1 leverage can complicate things when I’m employing multiple strategies. There have been instances where I missed out on trades due to insufficient funds, so I’d really appreciate it if 5%ers could consider increasing this to 30:1 at some point.

    Another downside is the lack of stock trading options on this platform, which is a bit limiting.

    Lastly, the payment process through the Rise platform can be somewhat sluggish and adds an extra step to the withdrawal process. It would certainly be more convenient to receive my payments directly via Swift to my bank account.

    That’s about it!
