It’s straightforward logic—various users employing the same EA with identical settings for XAUUSD are bound to receive the same trades. Even sharing screenshots of the running EA doesn’t seem to sway their support team to see the reality of the situation. I’m genuinely curious how many other users are facing this issue.

Many traders prefer straightforward payout structures over complicated scaling rules with hefty requirements and no room for minor slip-ups.
