I encountered significant issues with this trading firm, particularly regarding their customer service and misleading advertising.
Initially, the firm’s website suggested that a lifetime license for Jigsaw Trader was included with my purchase. However, when I reached out to customer service, they informed me of ongoing problems with the license and offered me a Ninja Trader license instead—something I declined. I was assured that I would receive an email as soon as the issue was fixed, but that email never arrived.
After several days, I followed up about the license again. Customer support told me that the problem was still unresolved and that I would be placed on a waiting list to be informed once the licenses were available again. Unsurprisingly, days passed without any update.
I tried contacting support once more, only to be told that the issue had been resolved and I’d be redirected to another department that would send me the license. Shockingly, yet again, I received no email. I reached out to customer service several times, and each time they promised that someone from tech would be in touch—once again, no follow-up.
Eventually, I did get an email from someone claiming to be “tech support” stating that the license had been sent. However, I thoroughly checked my inbox, including the spam folder, and found nothing. Now, I can’t even get through to chat support, as my open chat session doesn’t connect to a live person anymore.
It’s striking how quickly this firm took my money but failed to deliver on their promises. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and sincerely hope that individuals who have received funding manage to get paid.
