I bought a $100k challenge account, where the profit target was set at $8k. To my surprise, I hit that target in just a few days and reached out to customer support to share my success. However, they informed me that after four days of trading, I managed to generate over $9k in a single day—yet apparently, that was too much for them. They told me I can’t profit excessively in one day, even though it wasn’t just one lucky trade; there were multiple trades that contributed to that total.
According to their “rules,” I needed to keep trading until my “consistency percentage” decreased. Fast forward, and now my account has generated $18k in profit, but my consistency percentage is still considered too high. So despite being $10k above my profit target, I find myself having to overtrade just to lower my consistency percentage. It really feels like you get penalized for being too successful with this firm, and you’re pushed into overtrading, making it almost inevitable that you’ll blow your account—it’s frustrating, to say the least.

While my time with TopOne Trader has been relatively short, I have yet to receive a payout. However, things look promising so far, as their service has truly been outstanding.
I must highlight the responsiveness and support I experienced on their live chat—it’s absolutely impressive. I can’t recall all the agents’ names, but I believe one of them is named Daniel; I just had an interaction with another agent, Arjie. Both provided assistance quickly and efficiently.
At this point, I would wholeheartedly recommend TopOne Trader. However, I’m eager to see how the payout process unfolds, as that’s typically where a firm’s legitimacy is put to the test.

Any violation of this anti-disparagement and conduct clause will be deemed a serious breach of this agreement. Such a breach could lead to immediate termination of the trader’s contract, loss of profits, or even legal repercussions. Notably, this clause will remain in effect for two years following the agreement’s termination or expiration.
It’s easy to think only positive reviews are showcased here, but honestly, anyone who utilizes these services could find themselves facing legal issues.
I just wanted to put this out there because many with negative experiences likely avoid speaking up due to these binding agreements.
I hope I’m mistaken about this situation. 🤷🏾♂️

I rely on CME data for my trades, particularly the live futures information, to ensure I’m following the actual market trends. Recently, I went short on gold, and while the CME showed a clear downward movement, the price on Trade Locker was erratic, fluctuating up and down. Unfortunately, this led to a stop loss getting triggered just about 0.4 pips from where it should’ve been. Even more frustrating, Trade Locker didn’t genuinely hit my stop loss; they just removed me from the trade. Then, as if to add insult to injury, the price eventually moved in the expected direction about 30 minutes later! For half an hour, while the CME data showed a steady decline, I was left watching Trade Locker’s chaotic price movements. All I want is a refund for that trade—at minimum! Ideally, I’d like a refund for my entire instant funding account, as this experience feels like a complete scam!

Top One Trader, a proprietary trading firm, raises significant red flags. They entice you with the misleading promise of utilizing an alternate broker to increase your profits. When it comes to withdrawals, their practices are questionable at best, often requiring more funds before you can access your own money. They consistently offer flimsy excuses to justify why you must continue paying “commission” fees. I plan to file a complaint through IC3 regarding their operations. Matt Morris, in particular, appears to be driven by greed; despite attempts to settle the matter amicably, he flatly refused to uphold his guarantee.

The trading rules at this firm seem designed to set you up for failure, making success quite a challenge. For instance, there’s a stipulation that you can’t re-enter a trade for less than five minutes, even if you’re experiencing a drawdown. This requirement makes scalping and minimizing losses really tough. Additionally, the firm mandates a 20% consistency before you can cash out, which feels restricting. After all, profit is profit, and traders should be able to withdraw their earnings whenever they like, rather than waiting to meet that 20% benchmark. What if you only place one trade in a month? Navigating the challenges is already difficult without these additional constraints.
