After exploring two other proprietary trading companies, I can confidently say I am flourishing in those environments. They offer superior transparency and support compared to TopOne. Don’t be lured in by the enticing offers of instant funded accounts and significant discounts they promote. It’s a trap.

    Avoid using this trading firm; it’s a scam. There are numerous hidden rules you need to be aware of. For instance, you’re not allowed to hold trades for less than five minutes, and trades can’t be held over weekends. Additionally, there’s a maximum drawdown rule that complicates things further. Speaking from my own experience, I’ve dealt with over ten funding companies, and this one is by far the worst. Seriously, do not engage with them! I can provide evidence to back this up.

    Twice now, my trading challenge got halted just a few hundred dollars shy of the loss limit—once because I was trading too quickly and another time due to market news. I can’t help but wonder, shouldn’t the system have shut off if trading wasn’t allowed? It’s frustrating. It feels like I’m just throwing money at challenges only to end up getting shut down. They claim to support traders in achieving success, but honestly, I didn’t see any evidence of that at all.

Regardless, I want to express my appreciation for the customer service representative, Arjie, who was both friendly and helpful. Even though I couldn’t argue against my breach of terms, he offered me a one-time exception, which I genuinely didn’t expect. I’m quite pleased with that outcome. Honestly, even if he hadn’t granted the exception, I wouldn’t have left a negative review since the oversight was really on my end.

    I experienced a deduction in my profits, and I must say, Arjie really took the time to explain everything to me. It’s common to enter a trade, set your take profit and stop loss, and then discover that your take profit was hit before you could even check back. That’s exactly what happened to me. However, Arjie was incredibly patient and thorough in his explanation, which helped me feel more at ease about the loss of a few profits.     TOPONE is not suitable for everyone. Initially, the team was fantastic, genuinely focused on customers and their concerns. However, I’ve noticed a significant shift recently. They seem indifferent whether you’ve invested $20,000 or $10,000; it feels like they no longer value you, your money, or your time. As a long-time customer, I was shocked to be informed that I’m no longer allowed to trade with TOPONE after spending over $20,000 in less than a year. Is this what I deserve after my loyalty?

    The frustration escalated when I simply inquired about my accounts, leading to my trading privileges being revoked. They claim it’s for the safety of traders, but as a fellow trader, I find it hard to believe they actually care about my well-being. Now, I can’t trade on their platform anymore—a situation that is incredibly disappointing. I want to recover my losses, but instead, I’m sidelined.

    Reflecting on my early experiences with TOPONE, I genuinely miss that initial excitement. It’s crucial for management to reassess their approach and consider making things more manageable for traders. They should show some genuine curiosity or concern for loyal customers. After all, no customer gets accounts for free; we invest significant amounts. This treatment is simply unacceptable.

    Regrettably, I now find myself looking back on the time, energy, and money I dedicated to TOPONE, especially since I was considering a long-term commitment with them.
