The response time is quite quick, and the support team is genuinely cooperative. Arjie was excellent throughout—friendly, helpful, and he answered every single query I had. I did face a bit of confusion in between, but he clarified everything clearly, even when I asked the same thing in a different way. Overall, he was very polite and made the whole process smoother. Mamadou Diallo
This feels like a scam. First, they told me I’d “breached” the account even though I passed all verification. They claimed I was using a bot, but I wasn’t. Then they asked me to redo the process.
After I did it again, I placed a trade on gold—about $60 position—and set my SL (stop-loss). But they closed the trade anyway, at $156, leaving me with a loss of $156. The SL was not respected at all.
Please don’t trade with them.
