Buyer beware: I recently purchased an instant funded account worth $100,000.
I utilize stop-loss orders to safeguard my profits and minimize losses; however, my stop-loss was triggered in under five minutes. Surprisingly, the company claimed I violated their five-minute rule.
I strongly advise against trading with this firm. The rules they enforce seem unclear and quite ambiguous, creating a setup for failure.
If I could share screenshots, I would certainly do so. Customer service has been of no assistance whatsoever. I’m currently seeking a refund and will keep everyone updated on the situation.

I’ve had ongoing issues with this trading platform, and I must say, I am quite disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer support. My experience on a funded account was frustrating; I set my take profit at 21,800, but the trade closed at 21,252—completely baffling.
This isn’t an isolated incident either. My first account met a similar fate, which was “burned” by unexplained trade closures. While their service looks promising on paper, the reality is a stark contrast. It all sounds fantastic when you read about it, but as soon as you get into trading, you quickly realize that the whole system appears to be skewed against traders.
Despite facing numerous problems, they seem unwilling to accept any responsibility. They assert that the trade closure was initiated from my end, but I am absolutely certain I did not close it. This has happened multiple times, raising serious concerns regarding their platform’s reliability.
Additionally, their support team has been less than helpful, coming off as dismissive and providing no substantial solutions or investigations into these recurring issues. It feels like a systematic approach to hinder success for those on funded accounts. I’ve collected ample evidence, including screenshots and data, which I am ready to share.
I would highly recommend that anyone thinking about using this platform reconsider their choice. There are far too many negative experiences logged by traders facing similar issues. It’s really not worth your time or money.

I haven’t purchased the instant account yet, but I plan to very soon. So far, Top One Trader appears to be quite solid. Their customer service? Absolutely phenomenal. I’ll make sure to update this review if any payout issues arise. There are a few things I’d love to see changed. First off, they don’t offer Futures trading. While that’s not a huge deal for me—since I can still trade Indices and Forex—it does limit options somewhat. More importantly, there’s the 20% consistency rule and the no tick scalping rule, which requires you to be in a trade for a minimum of five minutes. The no tick scalping rule is particularly frustrating for those who prefer to take profits quickly. I really hope they reconsider this rule in the future. Additionally, the 20% consistency guideline feels a bit too strict; an adjustment to around 40% or even 50% would be fantastic. But then again, no proprietary trading firm is ever going to be perfect, right?

It seems they’ve taken my trading account with no real explanation. Just three days ago, top management decided to close my account, which has left me unable to trade since October—possibly even November. They accused me of earning too much money and suspected I was cheating, which couldn’t be further from the truth.
Interestingly, I had the highest profits on their platform, and instead of support, I got a cold response: they provided my last payout and practically told me to leave. To add insult to injury, they even showcased my profits on their Instagram page without my consent. Now, I’m trying to reclaim my earnings, money that’s rightfully mine, but they’re making it incredibly difficult.
Rise is removing my account without clear reasons and suggested I contact the top management for assistance in retrieving my funds. Yet, they aren’t facilitating that process, and it feels like I’m being blocked from accessing customer service altogether.
I understand that they had to remove my account, but they still need to forward the payment that Rise sent back to them.
