My experience with this firm has been quite disappointing. I’ve found that the web, mobile, and desktop terminals don’t effectively sync with one another. They decided to transition their server to a new broker but still allowed users to access the service despite the ongoing issues with the terminals.
This morning, I logged into the web terminal hoping to execute some trades. However, when I attempted to log in on a different laptop later, neither the web nor the mobile terminals functioned properly. I thought switching to the desktop terminal might resolve the issue, but it didn’t display any of my open trades or trading history after I logged in.
I reached out to the support team for assistance, but they informed me that there’s no support for the web terminal. When I pointed out that I accessed it via a link on their own website, they were unaware that they even had a web terminal option.
While I understand that the company is relatively new and going through growing pains, my primary concern was the fate of my existing trades. Regrettably, the support team couldn’t provide me with satisfactory answers. Feeling quite frustrated and with no alternatives, I requested a refund, only to discover that they don’t have a refund policy in place. Overall, this experience has been confusing and quite disappointing.

The money showcased on their platform is essentially “Monopoly Money,” as it exists only in a demo account. Consequently, any deposits made will likely end up enriching the company instead of being securely held by a legitimate financial institution. Companies that operate in this manner often struggle to deliver promised capital gains to investors, leading to inevitable closures.
Launched on June 14, 2023, toponetrade.com has many similarities with other unlicensed forex and binary options websites, putting your money at an alarming 100% risk. For your own financial safety, it’s imperative to remain vigilant and conduct thorough due diligence when considering involvement with such platforms.

I am genuinely impressed with my experience so far! First off, the dashboard is wonderfully clean and user-friendly. It’s clear that a lot of effort and thought went into designing it with traders in mind. The process of purchasing my challenge was incredibly smooth, especially compared to other prop firms I’ve tried. The rules here are very favorable, and as a US client, I feel reassured knowing that TopOne is based in the US. I’ve listened to podcast episodes featuring both Matt and Clay, and their dedication to fostering a supportive and transparent community in the trading and prop firm space is evident.
I absolutely love the “Blueprint” section! Matt and Clay have created videos aimed at assisting new traders with both technical analysis and the psychological aspects of trading. They easily could charge thousands for this content, yet it’s included with your challenge.
What I particularly appreciate at this point is TopOne’s customer support. I encountered an issue logging into my new account, which left me feeling frustrated and anxious about losing the investment I made in my challenge. Thankfully, Janice came to the rescue! She was remarkably patient, even as I expressed my concerns, and she spent over an hour helping me resolve the issue. We identified the problem, and she worked quickly to implement a solution.
To say that I’m confident in my choice of challenge provider would be an understatement! I am genuinely excited about being part of TopOne and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with this firm.

Prior to purchasing any challenges, I bombarded Usman with numerous questions in the chat. Every one of my queries, no matter how trivial they seemed, was addressed. As someone who’s fairly new to trading, I found their assistance invaluable. I initially took on two challenges; the first was a $250,000 two-step challenge, which I unfortunately failed within just a few weeks. I had paid the full price, dealing with a sales lull around Christmas. However, I learned from those missteps, and when TopOne introduced the buy-one-get-one (BOGO) sale, I eagerly seized the opportunity to try again, more motivated than ever to secure funding. On January 12, I began the new two-step $200,000 challenge and successfully completed both phases by February 15. On the same day, I received my funded $200,000 account, along with my BOGO demo of the same amount. I am excited about establishing a long-term relationship with this firm and can’t wait for my first payout! Looking forward to checking back in 30 days!

The positive aspects are worth mentioning first. Support is consistently helpful and readily available to address customer issues. The dashboard refreshes every second, making it really easy to monitor trades and anything related. Plus, the addition of 25 percent to the capital isn’t bad compared to the amount provided.
On to the negatives. The initial withdrawal period is quite lengthy compared to what other firms offer; I think transitioning to a 14-day wait initially, followed by 7 or 14 days afterwards, would be a significant improvement. I have a one-step flash account, and honestly, I find the rule regarding the trailing drawdown a bit frustrating. It’s tough when a profitable trade closes and the trailing drawdown adjusts simultaneously, especially after a very good trading day. This could lead to losing the account if you hit the maximum drawdown just because the profits evaporated on the same day.
I propose either adjusting it at the end of the day, which would be ideal, or synchronizing the daily drawdown change with the trailing drawdown adjustment. This way, traders can be more aware and mindful of their profits without feeling compelled to stop trading for the day.
That’s about it for now. I intend to give this firm another shot in the future, and hopefully, my experience will warrant a better rating next time—perhaps even a solid five stars!

There’s considerable slippage when entering trades, often around 4 to 5 pips. If you set a take profit, expect it to require an additional 4 to 5 pips to actually trigger. Additionally, if you set your trade to break even, be ready to lose about 4 to 5 pips on the actual lot size. Commissions are notably high as well.

I just got my first payout today after successfully passing the challenge. The process went smoothly, and I encountered no issues; the payout was actually quite straightforward. I’m pleased to say the broker has been effective, and the spread is impressively tight. Overall, my experience with them has been positive. I rated them four stars mainly because the one-month wait for the initial payout feels a bit lengthy. I would really appreciate it if they could shorten that to about two weeks. Apart from that, everything has been quite satisfactory. I’m excited about receiving more payouts in the future. Plus, I appreciated the personal touch of the message I received—definitely a nice gesture! 👍

Additionally, the trading spreads, slippage, and execution are commendably favorable, making it a welcoming environment for traders like myself.
However, there are some drawbacks I’ve encountered. One issue is the practice of adjusting the trailing drawdown immediately when trades close profitably. Personally, I’d prefer to have the option to update this by the end of the trading day instead. Another downside is the waiting period for the first payout, which is set at 30 days. It would certainly be more advantageous if they could shorten that to 14 days, especially for new traders eager to see their first earnings.

If you have winning trades that last less than five minutes, they’re classified as violations, and the winnings are taken out of your account. On the other hand, if you experience losing trades that also fall under this five-minute mark, those are deemed valid, and the losses remain in your account.
