I took advantage of the two-week free trial and was impressed by how streamlined and user-friendly the app is. One feature I particularly appreciated was the ability to set both stop and sell orders directly when placing my trades. I opted for the mini BP and, throughout the process, I had quite a few questions and concerns. This firm is a total scam. They automatically close your positions without any prior notice. I experienced this firsthand when I ended a day up by $500, only to see them claim my “daily loss limit reached” after I opened a small overnight swing position in NVDA, which seemed like a no-brainer at the time. Yet, during after-hours trading, my position dropped merely $2, and suddenly, I hit my loss limit? Come on, really???

I have to admit, I was initially skeptical—thought it might be a scam. But after doing some digging and checking out their YouTube content, I decided to give it a shot. Admittedly, I jumped straight into the Challenge without taking advantage of the 14-day free demo trial, which made my start a bit rocky. I went through my share of ups and downs, including that dreaded FOMO phase. However, I can honestly say, Trade the Pool has earned my five-star rating.
1. Whenever I encountered issues, the support chat was quick and to the point.
2. You won’t find yourself waiting for answers; they have multiple chat groups on Discord—about ten, if I recall correctly.
3. The engagement with traders is impressive; whether through chats or live sessions, they really connect with their community.
4. There’s so much more I could praise, but the bottom line is this: if you’re a stock trader lacking the capital like I do, and you aspire to be successful, I wholeheartedly recommend giving the Trade the Pool Challenge a try. -

I haven’t come across any other proprietary trading firms that offer stock trading like TTP does. After conducting extensive research, it’s clear that they stand out as the top choice in this space.
I’ve definitely had my share of setbacks, losing more than a couple of accounts along the way, but eventually, I secured funding. Honestly, I prefer to risk a smaller account that costs me a few hundred dollars rather than dive into a larger one right off the bat. In my view, if you can’t get through the funded phase, starting with a big account could lead to major problems down the line. Sure, their rules may seem quite stringent, but if you can navigate them successfully, you can feel confident that you’re ready for the real trading environment.

I’ll break down the positives and negatives of this proprietary trading firm, and you can decide for yourself.
Pros:
1. The leverage offered is quite high.
2. You can avoid the pattern day trader (PDT) restrictions.
3. The trading platform is fairly user-friendly, though you’ll encounter some bugs.
4. Customer service is relatively quick to respond.Cons:
1. There’s a rule that requires trades to last at least 60 seconds. If you happen to make a profit in less than that time, it won’t count towards your performance, but any losses will. This means you have little room to manage your positions effectively; for instance, if you enter a trade and decide to sell part of your position after realizing you overcommitted, that profit won’t count. A loss, however, will be counted.
2. The other rules can further complicate trading, which is already a challenging activity.
3. They push out platform updates without proper testing, creating significant issues for traders.These observations stem from my own experience and echo the sentiments of numerous traders who have used TTP. If you join the TTP Discord, you’ll see others voicing similar concerns consistently.
My advice? Consider an offshore broker that has a solid reputation in the market. Such brokers can provide high leverage and help you sidestep the PDT without the plethora of rules that TTP enforces.
Why do I steer clear of TTP? Even if they address their drawbacks, I still expect them to implement illogical rules in the future. Let’s not overlook that their business model seems designed for you to incur losses and purchase more challenges.

I cannot recommend this firm at all. The trading terminal is incredibly subpar, lacking essential functionality and featuring a frustrating user interface. I’ve encountered frequent issues with their risk engine; during a market session, I could only purchase 10% of the shares I was entitled to. It’s not just me – their Discord channel is overflowing with user complaints about these problems. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to undermine their traders.
When it comes to market fills, I’m consistently getting worse results with this firm compared to my personal account. I executed identical trades on both platforms, and I noticed a significant discrepancy at TTP.
Looking to program a hotkey to close, say, 25% of your position? Good luck with that. Want to switch an order type from limit to stop based on market price? That’s not happening either.
It’s quite disappointing for a company that markets itself as professional. I won’t even delve into the numerous other issues I’ve faced because it’s simply not worth my time. And if you do run into problems, brace yourself for their customer service – it’s just the same old story with no real solutions. Overall, this is the worst experience I’ve had in the industry.

I soon discovered that a lot of these successful traders were affiliated with proprietary firms, primarily in the forex market. Since I focus on stocks, I had to wait for Tradethepool to appear in my feed. I’ve made a few purchases through them and steadily moved closer to mastering the Evaluation Program. It’s refreshing to find a prop firm that caters specifically to stock traders like myself.
Recently, I encountered a problem accessing an Evaluation Program I had bought. I must say, I really appreciated Mr. Michael’s response to my issue. We exchanged a few emails, but he guided me through the troubleshooting process effectively. I definitely recommend Tradethepool!

I believe Trust Pilot should not simply eliminate 1-star reviews just because a proprietary trading firm requests a review. However, if a review is entirely fabricated, the firm ought to issue a cease and desist letter and consider pursuing legal action for defamation. Additionally, I think a better platform for reviews would be on the Better Business Bureau’s website, where feedback cannot be easily removed, ensuring that more trading enthusiasts are protected from being taken advantage of.
