It’s been an exasperating four months since I first reached out to them, waiting for any updates regarding the status of my withdrawals. I’ve tried countless times to connect through email and their customer service, yet I’ve received no responses at all. To make matters worse, my account has now been abruptly closed without any justification.
The lack of action on my withdrawal requests is incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t suggest this platform to anyone looking for a reliable trading experience. What I seek is an immediate resolution to this matter and the full payment of the funds owed to me.

I held a Direct Pass account with a balance of $10,000. Today, I successfully reached my withdrawal target of 700 SIFTYZONE plus an additional $550. However, once my account balance hit $11,250, they inexplicably closed my position.
When I reached out to customer support, I was informed that the closure was due to trading activity on January 2, despite the fact that this date wasn’t a holiday and the markets were fully operational. I had ensured that all my trades were finalized before the market closure.
In summary, my experience indicates that this company is indeed looking for any reason to deny withdrawal requests. I can personally attest to this frustrating situation.
I strongly advise others against purchasing any accounts from them, as it’s likely they will fall victim to a significant scam.

Prometen una cosa y hacen otra; la gestión de esta empresa parece no tener sentido.
Intenté comunicarme con quien afirma ser el Director de LATAM, pero no responde ni a mensajes ni a llamadas. Es decir, nadie se hace responsable ni ofrece respuestas.
