I successfully completed my Phase 1 evaluation with a balance of $200,000, but inexplicably, my account was removed from my dashboard. It’s clear that this firm struggles to properly compensate its traders, and they have a habit of providing unconvincing excuses.
There are definitely better options out there, like Best 5ers and MFFX. I strongly advise against spending your time and money with this firm; it simply isn’t worth it.
After completing the first stage, I received an email congratulating me. They informed me that my account had met all the criteria, assuring me that this process is standard. However, following this, they made dubious claims, implying I must have misunderstood their communications.
In my experience, there seems to be a disconnect; it’s as if they expect traders to accept their decisions without question. This is frustrating, especially when you’re trying to advance in your trading career. Choose wisely—there are certainly other proprietary trading firms that uphold their end of the bargain more reliably.

Rules seem to apply selectively here. I’ve noticed significant inconsistencies when compared to other brokers, with erratic spikes or dips that aren’t reflected elsewhere in the market.
There were indeed instances where traders hit drawdowns, and I observed that Alexander had either refunded or reinstated their accounts. On the day I attempted to use code RETRY40, it was inexplicably removed.
I’m accustomed to genuine raw spreads and rapid response times, but this experience has been anything but that.
Moreover, the community atmosphere is quite toxic, and the administrators show little concern for the traders. It often feels like they’re more interested in popularity than in actually implementing changes that would benefit their users.

However, there are a couple of issues that do nag me: first, the website can be pretty slow at times; and second, the time it takes to move from Phase 2 to obtaining a funded account seems excessive. On my initial attempt, it took over a week to get my funded account, and I ended up needing to reach out on Discord for assistance. That said, when it comes to trading, I haven’t encountered any major setbacks. One of the highlights is trading Gold, where there are no commissions involved, which is a definite plus! 😀

ACG asserts that they provide raw spreads; however, my experience suggests otherwise. Having traded with raw broker accounts for more than eight years, I found their spreads to be quite mediocre. Even when they appear competitive, the slippage is alarmingly poor.
Upon reaching out to ACG for clarification, the responses we received felt detached and standard, lacking any genuine engagement. In light of this experience, I can’t recommend this proprietary trading firm. Their claims seem misleading, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.
EDIT/UPDATE:
ACG, the lack of honesty is on your end. This review was posted before you offered a refund, and at that point, you mentioned, “as you have been trading this account your refund will be denied I’m afraid.”
You claimed in your response to my review that you didn’t have a raw spread account when I signed up; this contradicts both your previous emails to me and your website as archived on Archive.org from that time. To quote one of your emails: “We do apologize if our raw spread account doesn’t meet your trading criteria,” acknowledging that a raw spread was indeed part of your offerings.
Archive.org reveals your wording from when I purchased the challenge: “Institutional trading conditions: Raw spreads from 0.1 pips.”
Integrity matters a lot in this industry. If you had been upfront, I would have considered removing this review. However, your actions have prompted me to keep it as a warning for other traders.
