I recently started a trading challenge with ACG, and I have to say, they’ve really made an impression on me! Among the seven firms I’m currently trading with, their spreads are clearly the best. What’s even more impressive is the ability to hold positions through market closures without the headache of spread widening—ACG consistently delivers on that front!

The dashboard has major issues. I seriously doubt I’ll be working with this proprietary trading firm again. They claimed I had breached my limits when that wasn’t the case at all. The daily drawdown functionality appears to be faulty, and I’ve incurred around $5,000 in losses due to this. Although I was told my account would be reinstated, the account itself remained non-functional, preventing me from closing any trades. When I reached out to them for a fix, they didn’t take any steps to resolve the problem.

I purchased one 200K and one 100K account on cTrader during their special Easter promotion, but I discovered afterwards that they hadn’t enabled EA for cTrader copy trading. Additionally, the maximum lot size for indices is surprisingly low. I decided to request a refund, which I did receive promptly.
If you don’t trade indices or oil, I would strongly recommend this firm.

I would currently advise considering other firms instead. In the past, I would have recommended Alpha Capital wholeheartedly, but after my recent encounter, my view has changed dramatically. Their response, or lack thereof, after being wrongfully banned for “multiple CID/group trading” has left me disappointed. You don’t have to take my word for it—I really have nothing to gain from sharing this.
Initially, I sought help through their Discord channel, hoping to resolve my issue, but instead, I was banned for voicing my concerns. Their reasoning? “If you no longer have access to our service, there’s no need for you to be in our Discord.” Quite the solution, isn’t it? Following that, I tried reaching out through the live chat on their website, where the agent simply advised me to send an email to someone named Wes, as he couldn’t assist me. It took nearly a week for Wes to respond, and when he finally did, he asked how he could help—despite my initial email containing all the relevant information. Since then, I’ve heard nothing further from him.
Additionally, my experience isn’t isolated. I’ve seen numerous negative reviews online, and I personally know someone who has faced a similar situation.
As I’ve noted before, many users might have a positive experience with Alpha Capital, but this review aims to highlight the other side of the coin that some individuals may not voice publicly.
