I successfully navigated both phases on June 7, 2024. After waiting until June 16, I received an email stating that they would not be issuing me a funded account. The reason? “Order spamming,” which they define as placing 10 orders of 0.10 instead of one order of 1.00. It seems like a rather ridiculous policy, if you ask me. To make matters worse, they just added this spamming rule to their FAQ on June 13. On Discord, I’ve seen countless traders who have been denied a funded account, and even more who are still waiting for their payouts. I strongly advise you to consider other options for your trading. Seriously!

In my opinion, this firm deserves far less than 0.5 stars. They are arguably among the most unscrupulous companies in the proprietary trading industry.
It’s crucial for potential clients to read this before considering any purchases. While they’re quick to send out emails with enticing discounts, the reality is that getting a funded account after passing their challenge is an entirely different story. They often delay the process for weeks or even months, claiming, “It’s still being reviewed.” Let’s be real—it shouldn’t take that long. Researching them thoroughly is essential; many YouTube influencers with large followings seem to be misleading traders and may even be incentivized to promote this firm on their channels.
My experience was laden with stress and frustration, particularly while dealing with customer service. After putting in significant effort and facing failures during the challenge, I simply couldn’t understand why they kept saying, “It’s still being reviewed.” It’s disheartening to see a company that seems more interested in seeing traders fail rather than succeed. This is the most corrupt company I’ve encountered on my trading journey.
Moreover, I know others who share similar grievances; we all faced the same issues with this firm.
Alpha Capital, if you’re reading this, you really need to get your acts together. Your current image is anything but appealing. Trust me, I could easily rally my contacts to flood your Trustpilot reviews with negative feedback that would certainly not reflect well on your company. It’s time to make some changes.

I encountered some issues with ACG when my account was unexpectedly blocked. However, I was pleased to see that their support team resolved the issue within just a few days. My funded account experienced some drawdown as well, leading to it being blocked, but they took care of that by providing me with a brand-new account due to the initial errors.
I would rate them 4 stars because they offer competitive spreads, efficient trade execution, and a user-friendly website that functions smoothly. They operate their own brokerage, which has proven to be quite beneficial, and their live support is also commendable.
I hesitated to give them a perfect 5-star rating primarily due to my account being blocked without clear reasons. That said, the problem was rectified promptly. One improvement they could consider is adding telephone support, but overall, I find their services to be quite solid.
I would definitely recommend ACG! They stand out as one of the few reliable proprietary trading firms in the market.

Their staff seem to have a very low level of understanding, reminiscent of a wannabe “Wolf of Wall Street.” Customer service is absolutely terrible—arrogant and neglectful, to say the least. It’s hard to believe they are still in business, as I would go as far as to say they are the worst trading firm I’ve ever encountered. It’s no surprise they’re one of the least popular in the industry, and honestly, they deserve to fade into obscurity. If you’re considering trading with them, I strongly advise you to steer clear.

Last month, I purchased a challenge from ACG, and then on the 12th, I received an email stating that they couldn’t offer me a trading account due to a prohibited trading strategy. Are they serious? It felt like a complete waste of my time. They claimed I was using multiple low lots in a second. Sure, I did that, but it’s not against the rules! 😡😡😡 This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a trading firm, and I have no intention of trying them again. -

On June 12th, I was granted a funded account, only to receive an email the very next day stating that the prop had been burned. I hadn’t even accessed MetaTrader by that point. After talking to others, I found out they seem to be randomly closing accounts for no reason. I would strongly advise against engaging with this prop firm—it’s a scam.
**Update: 6:14 PM, June 14, 2024**
The support team continues to feign ignorance, claiming that someone must have stolen my account to conduct trades. In reality, they were the ones who burned my account on the very first day. Scammers, plain and simple. I plan to report this to the postal police.
**Update after Alpha’s response: June 16, 2024**
Despite my insistence, they continue to blame me for initiating those trades, yet they’re oddly silent about providing the necessary IP address—wonder why that is? I won’t back down until I either get my refund or my account reinstated.
**Update: June 19, 2024**
After my request for the IP address on June 17, I still haven’t heard back. Not only have I lost access to my funded account, but there’s also been no sign of a refund. I have nothing to hide, and I know several people who’ve had their accounts closed without any explanation.
**Update: June 19, 2022, 5:22 PM**
They finally sent me the IP addresses, but they only provided those from the second phase, which I am aware of. They refuse to share the IP addresses from June 13, 2024, clearly indicating they have something to conceal.
**Update: June 20, 2024**
Their reply now threatens to ban me for identity fraud, when in fact, I followed all the required procedures. They deliberately burnt my funded account and now I’ve been locked out of my reserved area.
**Update: June 23, 2024**
I’ve stopped receiving responses to my emails, and I can no longer access my reserved area. I’ve effectively lost 440 euros as they haven’t offered any refund. It’s best to steer clear of these scammers.

Here’s the breakdown of the situation:
At roughly 5:58 PM that day, I placed a buy limit order with the following specifics:
– Buy Limit: 2317.73
– Take Profit (TP): 2327.56
– Stop Loss (SL): 2317.50
– Order Ticket Number: #61773456However, at 6:00 PM—just after the release of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) news concerning the US Dollar (USD)—my order was executed at an unexpected price of 2327.56, not the buy limit I had set at 2317.73. This execution triggered my stop loss at 2317.50, leading to an unexpected loss.
Reviewing Alpha Capital Group’s Terms:
1. Execution Rules and Slippage:
– Your guidelines indicate that slippage can happen during volatile events, especially around news releases. Yet, the difference between my buy limit (2317.73) and the execution price (2327.56) raises serious concerns about possible technical difficulties or an unusual spread, likely exceeding standard market slippage.2. Prohibited Strategies and Unrealistic Fills:
– It is mentioned that exploiting unrealistic fills is against your rules. The extreme price execution in my situation warrants a detailed investigation since it points to a deviation from usual market behavior.3. Trading Rules and Risk Parameters:
– While I understand the risks involved in trading and the potential for slippage, such a significant divergence from my specified buy limit compromises the anticipated risk parameters relevant to my trade.Resolution Request:
Given the serious consequences this issue has had on my account, I respectfully ask for a thorough review of this trade. I don’t understand why they accuse me of using a third party. I never used any other device. I made my purchase for the challenge with my debit card and used my personal ID card for trading. What I really want is some proof of their claims, but they just insist that their conclusion is final.
Honestly, it wouldn’t bother me if their conclusion were indeed final; I’ve seen many negative reviews just recently. However, I believe it’s only fair to request proof that supports their findings.
