I invested in a 200k Alpha Pro account and successfully cleared Phase 1, receiving my certificate. After that, I moved on to Phase 2 and passed that as well, earning another certificate. However, just before I was set to receive my funded account, they abruptly closed my account, claiming it was breached due to prohibited trading activity in Phase 1.
I’ve been reaching out via email to understand what went wrong, but I’m not getting any responses at all. If my account was indeed compromised, why didn’t they inform me sooner? They issued me a certificate, after all. Time is incredibly valuable, and I feel like they’ve wasted so much of mine. It would have been far better for them to disclose any issues with my account right away. In my view, this experience has raised serious concerns about their integrity.

Everything began on July 12th, just 10 days before my scheduled payout. Alpha terminated my $25,000 funded account contract. At the time, I had two accounts with them, both worth $25,000, gifted by one of their influencers. While one account, ‘1623066’, was fully funded, the other, ‘1611771’, was still in phase two. Ten days ahead of my expected payout date, July 22nd, I received an email citing a breach due to something called a ‘CID Breach.’ To me, this seemed like a convenient excuse to avoid paying out. If you’re skeptical, I encourage you to check their Twitter account—there’s no shortage of clients voicing similar complaints in response to their pinned tweet. You can also browse Trustpilot to see how many others have faced the same CID Breach issue and the plethora of one-star reviews they’ve accumulated.
The email, sent on July 12th, claimed that one of my phase one accounts had been accessed from a device used by other traders. I find this hard to believe, as the only tool I used was a Trade Copier called “Duplikium.” I had repeatedly asked them to enable EA and copy trading on my accounts, and they reassured me that they had done so, which gave me the confidence to continue. However, I eventually stopped copy trading because my trades were largely limit orders, leading me back to manual trading on both my phase and funded accounts. This made it impossible for them to accuse my phase two accounts of any CID Breach.
After this disheartening experience, I reached out to their support on Discord to voice my concerns. To my surprise, after creating a support ticket, I was banned from Discord and blocked from accessing their dashboard. Banning me seemed unjustifiable unless there was something suspicious going on. Later that day, when I emailed their support, they informed me that their decision was final and that they were unwilling to reconsider. They nullified all my accounts and removed my funding without providing any evidence. When I requested proof, there was no reply.
On July 16th, I posted a candid review on Trustpilot outlining my experience. The next day, at around 3:34 PM (IST), I received a call from a representative at Alpha Capital Group. He seemed understanding and asked me to explain my situation. After I laid out my case, he expressed belief in my account and agreed to investigate, noting that I shouldn’t be penalized for copy trading (I have a full recording of the conversation, for reference). However, he requested that I remove my review as a gesture of good faith while they looked into the matter, and I foolishly complied.
Today, I was informed that the account breach would remain in effect and that they had not found sufficient evidence to support my claim, despite my multiple submissions of proof and the positive reception I received during the call. This reality is incredibly frustrating; how can one’s weeks of hard work be dismissed because of a copy trader that the company had previously approved via email? There’s no clearer indication of a scam—or an unwillingness to pay out—than this.
So, here I am, re-posting my review to warn potential customers. Is Alpha truly a scam? That’s for you to determine. In my view, this firm has perpetrated a scam, and I trust that karma will catch up with them soon enough for invalidating my efforts. I have chosen to move on and seek funding from other reliable firms. I leave the rest to fate. 🙏🏽

Using their funded account, I received my first payout just two days after requesting it. In my experience, every timeline that Alpha Capital has communicated has been honored. Phase 1 and 2 accounts are created instantly, while funded accounts take approximately three to four days for evaluation.
Whenever I have questions, they are answered promptly and accurately, and I particularly appreciate that they offer MT5 trading since it aligns with my preference. Lack of support is a notable issue, and the dashboard leaves much to be desired. I’ve managed multiple accounts with Alpha, but I’ve found that their DxTrade platform doesn’t integrate well with the dashboard. Unfortunately, I faced disqualification when their system incorrectly combined two days of trading activity. When my $50,000 account hit a drawdown of $900 on the second day, it resulted in disqualification. I submitted a support ticket along with screenshots from my trading journal, but their support team seemed unable to grasp the situation.

After that, I went through the KYC process, but within two days, the company notified me that my KYC had been completed with the assistance of third parties. Can you believe that? They didn’t provide any proof, and my account was blocked. This isn’t an isolated incident; it appears to be a pattern, as automated responses are sent to traders who know what they’re doing but apparently aren’t the type they want to engage with.
The firm assured me that I would at least get back the fees I paid to enter the challenge. However, after I provided my bank details, it felt like they switched to “ignore mode,” completely disregarding my emails. I suspect that 99% of those glowing reviews are completely fabricated—don’t fall for the same trap I did! It’s best to save your money and steer clear of these scammers.
I even recorded a video as proof of passing the challenge before my account was shut down, anticipating that such firms often behave unethically. I’m planning to reach out to the appropriate regulatory bodies to ensure they are held accountable for these deceptive practices moving forward.
In response to their reply: The only undeniable thing here is the bundle of lies you’re throwing at the public. You didn’t bother to explain anything before I posted my review, but now suddenly you have “evidence” to share? Feel free to present that evidence to the Financial Conduct Authority once I file my complaint.
Here’s another point to consider: after blocking my account, you explicitly promised to refund my money, which still hasn’t happened! If you can’t even keep that simple promise, your entire argument falls flat.
