This morning, I requested my first payout, and to my delight, around 12 hours later, I received the funds. I won’t lie—I was a bit anxious since I’d read some not-so-stellar reviews here, but honestly, nothing shady or negative has happened on my end! I really admire what Mamba and Wes are doing in this industry!

My experience with Clarity Traders was quite disappointing. I followed the Max Daily Drawdown rule and all other regulations, but during the Step 2 verification with my now $50,000 funded account, my account was wrongfully suspended.
After reviewing my trading logs with a professional, it became evident that I hadn’t violated any of the platform’s rules. Still, my account was flagged and suspended without proper justification. I immediately reached out to their support team for assistance, but the slow and frustrating responses soured the experience. They mentioned delays due to high contact volumes, yet that didn’t explain why I was locked out of my account without cause.
Such behavior from a proprietary trading firm is simply unacceptable, especially when it affects the livelihoods of traders. It’s troubling to think that a company’s practices might genuinely harm individuals. Given that Clarity Traders holds my funds, I expected to receive a similar level of professionalism in return, but they have clearly failed in that regard. I’m still waiting for a resolution, but until they address this issue, I would strongly advise potential traders to proceed with caution.

This company has proven to be unreliable. After successfully passing their challenges, I received my live account and managed to turn a profit. On June 5, I requested a payout of $4,000, but since then, I’ve encountered nothing but obstacles. There has been no payout, and I haven’t received any explanations regarding the delay. It’s frustrating because we invest significant effort to pass these challenges and adhere to the rules, only to find that the company does not honor its commitments. I strongly advise against engaging in business with this firm.

Additionally, it seems there’s no support available. UPDATE: It’s now been a full day, and I’ve received no responses whatsoever. My credentials are still unaccounted for, even though they’ve already deducted the funds from my account. 😭

Right now, my commission fees for the challenge sit at 1% of my account. It feels like they’re scamming people. Honestly, I would advise staying clear of them. FTMO, in comparison, is definitely a better option!

Terrible experience. I’ve reached out multiple times and they just ignore you. They took my challenge money with no responses whatsoever. I had a funded account that suddenly glitched, kicking me out. Despite numerous emails and support tickets, they haven’t bothered to address the issue. I can only imagine how payouts would go with this lack of support.
It’s truly disappointing to have invested both time and money only to be let down like this. I highly recommend looking for better service and products elsewhere—there are definitely other firms that care more about their clients.

Crashes on this platform occur daily, and it feels as though Clarity doesn’t want you to succeed. When these crashes happen, their response is often that it’s not their problem—you lose your funds, and they wash their hands of the situation. Take my word for it; proceed with caution.

This site seems to be a scam. I paid for a trading challenge, and at first, my login credentials worked, allowing me to access my account. However, when I tried to log in later that morning to trade the opening, those same credentials no longer functioned. Now, I’m left waiting for support to respond, though I have little faith they will. It’s quite disappointing. I’ve already disputed the charge with my bank because if they can’t resolve an issue within 24 hours, I simply can’t trust them with my money—especially when it comes to payouts after passing a challenge. There are certainly better, more reputable sites that have been in the game longer.

This situation can turn trading into a rather stressful and frustrating experience. It’s hard not to feel like their platform is purposely set up to have you lose money quickly; for instance, it’s not uncommon to see losses of 15 pips on a single trade.

I failed three times before finally securing a $25,000 funding. The initial two attempts involved one-phase challenges, while my third attempt was an accelerated challenge. If you’re looking to increase your chances of passing, I highly recommend the accelerated account since it doesn’t have a consistency rule. I received a modest payout that would essentially cover five more challenges before I ended up busting the funded account. Overall, I found this process to be much simpler and more favorable compared to some other firms, in my opinion.

My account dashboard currently shows a consistency rule score of 110%, which has left me a bit puzzled. I have a trading account with a balance of $50,000 and a target set at $4,000. On my best day, I managed to earn $2,350, and right now, my total profit stands at $3,842. Based on what I’ve gathered, it seems my score should actually be calculated as 2,350 divided by 3,842, giving me about 61%, not the 110% that’s displayed. I thought maybe I had misunderstood something, so I reached out to customer support for clarification. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with, Paul, simply directed me to the FAQs without offering any real assistance or explanation regarding my issue. My frustration doesn’t primarily stem from the rule itself—there’s a chance I misinterpreted it—but rather from the lack of helpful support when I had a genuine query. I’m ready to provide any necessary screenshots to clarify my situation.

I’ve come across numerous reports of problems associated with Eightcap, and I’ve been advised to steer clear of any firms that utilize their servers.
