My experience with AquaFunded has had its ups and downs. On the positive side, their customer support stands out—responses are prompt and genuinely helpful, which isn’t something you can take for granted with proprietary trading firms. Whether I reached out via live chat, email, or Discord, I consistently found the answers I was looking for without much hassle.
However, my trading experience wasn’t as smooth. I faced notable issues with slippage, which affected my trades. Even during standard market conditions, my orders didn’t always fill at the anticipated prices, complicating risk management more than necessary. It’s quite frustrating when you’re trying to stick to a trading plan, only to find that the executions aren’t aligning with your expectations.
I haven’t reached the payout stage yet, so I can’t comment on that aspect of their service. Still, AquaFunded appears to have potential—they really need to work on their trade execution though. If they could address the slippage concerns, they would certainly enhance their appeal.
Would I recommend AquaFunded? If customer service is your priority, you’d likely be satisfied. But if you place a high value on execution quality, it’s something to think about before making a commitment.

I requested a payout, and just a few hours later, it got approved. By the next morning, the funds were already in my bank account. It’s impressive to see the entire payout process wrapped up in less than a day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

It seems that this firm has some serious issues with transparency. I’ve noticed they often highlight Trustpilot reviews while simultaneously trying to have negative ones removed. This raises a red flag.
Recently, they made some rule changes that caught many of us off guard after we had already passed their requirements. Here’s a summary of the new adjustments:
———————————————–
Leverage Changes: For FX instruments, leverage will decrease to 1:10, and for other instruments, it will be set at 1:5. Make sure you have enough free margin in your account by the time this is in effect.
Daily Profit Limit: There’s now a maximum daily profit limit of just +1% of your starting balance.
Daily Loss Limit: They’re also capping daily losses at -1% of the starting balance.
These new rules will start on Friday, January 24, 2025.
———————————————–
Additionally, I submitted six months of trading records and requested an interview, just as they directed, but I’ve yet to receive any acknowledgment or response.

I recently became a funded trader with Fintokei and, quite remarkably, I passed my challenge just a day after I received an email citing concerns. The message stated that they had “identified some characteristics that may not align with our platform’s risk management policies and operational model for long-term sustainable trading.” This struck me as odd since I have been consistently profitable.
After discussing with others in the community, it seems I’m not alone in facing this issue. What Fintokei tends to do is impose restrictions on your trading conditions. For instance, they’ve implemented a leverage adjustment that limits FX instruments to 1:10 and others to 1:5. They also stressed the importance of maintaining adequate free margin on accounts as these changes take effect.
Moreover, they’ve capped daily profits at plus 1% of the starting balance and the daily losses at minus 1%. It’s frustrating to see a firm promote itself as flexible and open to a variety of trading styles, only to see them revert back to such stringent measures. What’s the reasoning behind this contradiction?

I recently completed my first payout, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it hit my bank account within just two days. So far, I’m really satisfied with my experience. The new website design is also worth mentioning—it’s sleek, clean, and visually appealing.

I’d love to rate this firm a solid five stars, but there are a few reasons I can’t. After receiving my funded account, I got an email saying I was aggressive in passing the initial challenges. While that might be the case—I’ve always been a bit of a risk-taker during those challenges—it doesn’t mean I’d stick with the same approach once I got a funded account. Unfortunately, Fintokei didn’t give me the chance to show I could manage my risk better in that phase. Instead, they lowered my leverage and imposed strict limits—both my daily profit and loss caps were set at 1%. I can understand the daily loss limit, but I really take issue with the profit cap. It seems reasonable to give a warning to traders first and only implement these rules if they don’t adhere to the company’s guidelines. Leaving those restrictions aside, my overall impression of this firm would be extremely positive. So far, I’ve received two payouts, and I’m very pleased with the quick turnaround—typically within 10 to 12 hours. Plus, the support team has been exceptional; they’re always there to help. 🙌👏 I truly hope our partnership continues for a long time. Thank you for the opportunity you offer! P.S. Please consider my feedback. 🙏

This is truly one of the top proprietary trading firms in the Czech Republic. My experiences with this firm have been overwhelmingly positive, especially when it comes to their straightforward and attainable challenges. They offer payouts twice a month, which is incredibly beneficial at times. The support team responds promptly and has always assisted me with any inquiries I’ve had. Additionally, there’s a wide variety of capital options available, so I believe everyone can find something that suits their financial circumstances. Honestly, I haven’t identified any drawbacks so far, and I sincerely hope it remains this way.

Fintokei is an impressive institution! The low spreads are a standout feature, and I’ve noticed no deviation in their pricing. What really sets them apart, though, is their commitment to supporting customers. They genuinely value your hard work and reward your efforts. Thank you, Fintokei!

I decided to close my account after realizing they characterize my trading as tick scalping. I calculated that all my trades were executed in under 15 seconds, and it turns out those trades accounted for less than 10% of my activity. Instead of offering a refund, they just breached the account and shut it down. My advice? Stay away from this firm.

My experience was truly positive, largely due to the quick response regarding the KYC process. They promptly provided me with the funded account afterward, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I’m curious to see how swiftly they handle payouts when I reach that point soon, if all goes well.
