The spreads offered by this firm truly impressed me. My experience with the 10k Ascend account was smooth and problem-free overall. I did encounter a delay with the KYC verification process, attributed to some technical issues. While it took Support a bit longer than expected to identify the problem, they eventually resolved it. As for market conditions, they’re quite favorable for cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, SOL, and POL. While I primarily focus on crypto, I noticed they also offer forex and stock trading options.

I want to take a moment to share my experience with the trading firm, as it’s been quite frustrating. I purchased the Ascend Challenge and diligently adhered to all their rules, opting for manual trading throughout the process. However, after completing my KYC, I was shocked to find my payout denied without any explanation.
I reached out to request proof for this decision and even suggested a live call for transparency, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response from anyone. When I attempted to discuss my situation with other users, my messages were deleted, and I was banned from their groups. Communication with them seems nearly impossible.
I had a group ready to join the Ascend Challenge, but now I feel compelled to caution them against engaging with this prop firm and to leave negative feedback about CFT. Although I suspect this message may be removed, I’ll make sure to keep a screenshot for my records.
If any member of the support team is genuinely interested in resolving my case, I would be more than willing to retract this negative review and offer my apologies to my community. I urge traders to consider more reputable firms—there’s no need to risk compliance with all the rules only to face non-payment in the end.

I experienced a breach on my account when I decided to adjust my stop loss to protect my profits. It’s disheartening to see a company that doesn’t support healthy trading practices. The fact that they closed my account simply for making a reasonable adjustment like this is downright baffling. I’ve never faced anything like this with any proprietary trading firm before. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this firm.

Personally, I have to say that CFT stands out as my favorite, especially because of its excellent trading platform and customer service.
