Hello Goat Funded Trader Support Team,
I’m writing to report a problem with my recent purchase. On 13/05/2026, my bank account was debited for $22, but I still haven’t received the account credentials.
To make things worse, I got an automated email saying my order was unsuccessful because of an issue with the payment method. I’ve attached my bank statement as proof that the amount was deducted.
Please look into this as soon as possible and either activate my account or process a refund. I’d appreciate it if you could confirm the status of my transaction.

Scompaiono i trading day dal dashboard, e insieme spariscono anche le trades dal calendario. In pratica non risolvono nulla. Ho provato a contattare il supporto via email: non importa chi risponda, tanto è sempre lo stesso messaggio, un copy-paste senza senso. Secondo me è un’IA, non persone reali.
Anche la chat live è poco utile: quando chiedi di passare con un operatore, la conversazione si chiude automaticamente. In sintesi: non riesci mai a parlare con qualcuno, non ti risolvono i problemi e io ci sto perdendo tempo da 2 giorni (circa 48 ore) parlando con l’IA.
Se poi decidono di farmi parlare davvero con una persona e mi risolvono la situazione, aggiornerò la recensione; altrimenti rimarrà così.

I gave them 1 star because there doesn’t seem to be an option for zero. Honestly, it was a horrible experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I really hope they sort themselves out and amend their ways. I don’t want them to end up the same way as the rest of the companies that clearly didn’t take customers seriously.

I bought the Pay Later Challenge, passed it, and then completed the payment right after.
However, after paying for the challenge, I went through more than 4 back-and-forth email exchanges with their support. In the end, they basically gaslit me and claimed I hadn’t paid—so they told me I should pay again. The challenge is already expensive (very expensive for me), and I had actually saved up the money for it. Now they’re acting like I need to pay twice.
I sent everything: proof of payment, bank receipts, screenshots of the website showing the transaction completed successfully, bank SMS messages, and even the bank’s internal confirmation of the transfer. Still, support kept telling me to pay again.
One pattern I noticed is that I get a different support person every time. Each new person asks me the same questions, ignores the same proof I already provided, and ends up repeating the same solution: “pay again.” It honestly feels less like customer service and more like manipulation—because it’s always just “pay again, pay again.”
And come on, that kind of money doesn’t just appear out of thin air. This is completely unfair.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia con esta empresa. Compré mi evaluación de 1 paso, la completé con éxito y después de hacer mi profit en mi cuenta financiada, pude solicitar y retirar mis ganancias sin ningún problema. En general todo fue bastante fluido.
El único aspecto a mejorar, en mi caso, son los tiempos de espera para que te asignen la cuenta financiada. Se entiende que tiene su proceso, pero tardó más de lo esperado y eso le resta un poco de agilidad a la experiencia.
