I was recently informed that my $10,000 payout has been denied, and my trading account has been banned. The firm claims I engaged in irregular activities, but I’m left wondering what those activities could possibly be. As a swing trader, I’ve only executed a single trade this month, where I took a calculated risk of 2% to achieve a gain of 4%, following my usual 2:1 risk-to-reward ratio.
I’m more than willing to share my trade analysis since I meticulously document all my trades in a journal. It’s disheartening to feel powerless in this situation. The email I received stated that this decision is final and non-negotiable, leaving no room for discussion or clarification.

I’ve also needed to contact customer support for a few issues, and I found them to be both responsive and helpful. Andrew, Martin, and the whole team were instrumental in addressing my concerns, particularly with payout processing.
One downside I’ve noticed is that some currency pairs have a larger spread, but this shouldn’t pose a problem for traders focused on the long term. I hope they continue their excellent work moving forward, and I’ll be sure to update this review as my experience evolves.
