I just wanted to sincerely thank your support team for the help I received. The assistance was really clear, quick, and honestly felt genuinely supportive from start to finish.

I’ve also tried working with a few companies that are considered more established and have been around for years, but in my case the support wasn’t always as consistent. Sometimes I’d wait longer than expected, and the answers weren’t as straightforward.

With E8 Markets, though, my experience has been very positive so far—especially when it comes to communication and customer support. And even if the company is still relatively new compared to others, that hasn’t lowered the quality at all in my opinion. If anything, it feels like they’re paying close attention to customers.

To me, good service matters way more than just the number of years a company has been operating.

    Thanks again for everything.

    Best regards,
    Emily Johnson

This company has very high fees, and we still decided to pay them. However, the customer service is honestly terrible. The live chat never seems to be able to help—every time we asked a question, we just got stuck waiting.

And when it comes to payouts, the percentages are very confusing. They mention something like 80%, 90%, or even 100%, but in practice, it’s unclear what you’ll really receive. To be clear, if the payout is supposed to be 80% or 20% withheld, then you only get that final amount, and then they stop replying. We tried contacting them by email, but after the payout request, there was no response.

Overall, I was really disappointed with E8 Market.

STAY AWAY. I followed their rules and still they didn’t pay out. Honestly, it feels like a scam—stay well clear. I did everything they asked, yet I got no payout. Waste of time. !!!!!!

I had a really disappointing experience with this firm.

My account was abruptly terminated right after completing the KYC verification. The reason they gave was that I supposedly didn’t finish the verification process myself. That claim is simply wrong—I completed the entire KYC on my end. At the time, my brother was in the room, but he had absolutely nothing to do with the verification.

They also said my account was accessed from a device that other traders use. I’m currently using a second-hand phone, so yes, it’s possible the previous owner used it for trading earlier. But still, this shouldn’t be treated as a direct guilt on my side. What bothers me most is that they never gave me a proper chance to clarify things or go through re-verification.

To make it worse, I was permanently banned—not only from their services, but also blocked from their Discord community. On top of that, I couldn’t make any new purchases either. Honestly, it feels extremely harsh and one-sided, especially since there was no fair process to explain what happened or to resolve the issue.

I followed their trading rules carefully and kept discipline on the account. Despite that, the ban was permanent, and there didn’t seem to be any real reconsideration.

Overall, this raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. I’d strongly suggest others think twice before investing time and money here, because even genuine users might not get a fair opportunity to defend themselves.

So far, it’s been a good experience. The rules are pretty strict, no doubt, but I like that the one-phase challenge is easier to jump into. It doesn’t feel as intimidating as some platforms, and the whole setup is pretty well organized. Overall, I’d say it’s a reliable and clearly structured service.

Honestly, this is a really great prop firm. The whole setup feels solid from the start, and the trading experience is smooth. I’ve tried a few firms over the years, and this one really stands out for how straightforward everything is. The platform and overall support are pretty on point too—minor hiccups aside, it’s been a good choice for me.

Very bad experience overall. I bought 3 accounts that were supposed to be $100k each, but the entries were not good at all. Honestly, I expected something much better, yet what I received was far from decent. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

E8markets has, in my opinion, one of the best customer supports around. They respond fast, and I’ve been really happy with the whole process from start to finish. Honestly, it’s rare to get such a smooth experience—so kudos to the team. I’d rate it very highly.

I’m updating my review to 5 Stars. My earlier rating was a 1 Star, but I’m genuinely impressed with how E8 Markets handled things. I can tell they did everything they possibly could to correct the situation.

Most prop firms, in my experience, just go silent—no response, no real help, and they basically ignore the customer. E8 Markets was different. There were real people replying, real communication, and real results. I’ve been searching for a USA prop firm that actually has solid customer service when problems come up and need to be addressed and resolved.

    So yeah, you guys rock!

This is a good website with a nice dashboard. The whole flow feels smooth and pretty straightforward, which I appreciate. I haven’t used the payout system yet, so I can’t speak to how that part works, but based on what I’ve seen so far this seems like a solid company overall.

It’s really great, mostly because it’s quick. You get flexible time to complete and pass the task, which honestly makes things a lot easier. Everything feels well structured, so it’s less stressful overall—even with the pressure, it still flows smoothly.

Stay well away from this prop firm. Honestly, it feels like they’re run by scammers.

I purchased a £500k E8 One evaluation with a maximum drawdown of 14%, and it cost me almost $3,400. I managed to pass the evaluation in just 4 days. After that, I waited 2 days for a live simulated account. When nothing happened, I contacted them and asked what was going on. They then told me their risk assessment team supposedly contacted me by email—which, of course, never happened. I went back and forth with them and asked them to resend the email details.

What they sent said “one-sided trading is now allowed”, which to me means if I place a buy on a market I can’t place another buy on that same market for an hour. Also, if I take a 1% loss on a buy, then I’m allowed to place a sell order on the same market. I followed those rules.

In the end, I traded exactly as they described and made $28,181 within 3 days. I also adhered to the 40% best day rule. On top of that, my eligible withdrawal was more than 50% of my allocated drawdown. The drawdown was $46,000, so my payout had to be above $23,000, and I was well above that.

Then the risk team came back saying I was in breach. They only offered to pay me 20% of the $28,181, which I reluctantly agreed to because it was my first payout. They agreed to pay $5,636.20 via Rise, and now they claim RiseWorks is rejecting the payment. RiseWorks told me there’s no issue on their end. The alternative method is Work Market. I set up a Work Market account and informed support—yet I keep getting ignored, and it’s been taking forever to pay me out.

Overall, stay away from this prop firm. Scammers.

  • James Mitchell

I think the prop firm rules here are solid overall. That said, there’s one thing that could make the whole process smoother: if the platform emailed a clearer dashboard link, it would be way more helpful and save a lot of hassle when you’re trying to access everything. Right now, I find myself needing to dig around a bit, and that’s honestly unnecessary.

  • Marcus Tan

This is pretty pathetic. You guys are scammers. You block liquidation at just 3%, and honestly that’s total bullshit. At the very least, you should allow liquidation at around 10%—because trading really isn’t possible when the threshold is that low. Right now it feels like you’re basically ripping people off, plain and simple. Something needs to change.

  • James Walker

My experience with E8 Markets has been extremely concerning. The biggest issue isn’t even the trading results—it’s the fact the platform kept failing for a long time, nothing was properly fixed, and in the end I lost access to my account without a fair outcome.

Over an extended period, I ran into repeated technical problems on multiple accounts. For example, the dashboard wouldn’t sync properly with MT5, balance and equity updates were delayed or sometimes just wrong, and account data didn’t match across the different platforms. I raised these issues again and again, but they kept happening, so it didn’t feel like an isolated incident.

There were also payout problems. At a point when the conditions seemed to be met, the payout option simply wasn’t available when it should have been. That alone made me question the system’s reliability and accuracy.

Execution was another big concern. Trades didn’t close at End of Day as required (sometimes it was closer to 23:59, sometimes they just… didn’t), stop loss functionality didn’t work as expected, and positions stayed open while the market was closed. This meant exposure continued beyond what I’d normally consider acceptable, with little ability to control or manage it.

When I spoke with support, I was told the system might have been “broken” due to internal changes—specifically mentioning the removal of the daily pause. Honestly, that’s worrying. If internal adjustments were impacting platform behaviour, it’s even more concerning that the system continued operating like that and then the consequences still got applied to me.

I tried to get this resolved over live chat, email, and Discord for weeks (maybe even closer to 2 months in total). Responses were often delayed or inconsistent, and the issues weren’t actually sorted. On top of that, I was told emails weren’t coming through, even though I kept receiving promotional emails from the same company without any trouble.

After a long delay, I was told the issue was resolved and I was given another account. But the same problems continued—syncing issues, execution inconsistencies, and general unreliability. So it really confirmed to me that the root problem was never properly fixed.

In the end, my account was closed after a drawdown breach. However, the way the platform behaved throughout that period suggests the breach was at least partly influenced by unresolved platform errors rather than normal operation.

Instead of addressing it properly, I was accused of abusing the system, my concerns were dismissed, and my account access and communication were restricted. That completely blocked any chance of a fair resolution.

There were even cases where trades were rebalanced or voided after the fact, which makes it pretty clear the system wasn’t functioning correctly in real time.

Overall, this raises serious questions about platform reliability, execution accuracy, consistency in how rules are enforced, and how customer problems are handled. If a platform imposes strict rules, it should also function correctly. When issues persist over time and then penalties are applied, it feels completely unfair.

I’ll be uploading full supporting evidence—screenshots, communication logs, timestamps, and video recordings—to a public web link so everything can be independently verified. Once I upload it, I’ll add the link here.

Great customer service and smooth trade execution. The support team was really helpful, and everything seemed to run on time without any unnecessary delays. I also appreciated how clear they were when walking me through the process—honestly, it made a big difference. Would definitely recommend.

  • Petr Novák

I passed the evaluation and went through KYC, but I was still denied a funded account (100k). After the video call, E8 told me that they felt I hadn’t explained my trading strategy, decision-making process, and risk management in enough detail. Based on that, they suspected issues with account management, banned me from using or purchasing accounts, and said the outcome was final and non-negotiable.

To be clear, I’ve been trading for roughly 9 years. During the call I was honestly a bit nervous, but that kind of subjective interview impression shouldn’t overrule a passed evaluation and completed KYC. Also, I didn’t receive any refund for the fees I had paid.

Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had with any prop firm. It really showed me that even after you pass, you can still get cut off afterward based on how an interviewer feels about your answers. Based on my experience, I’d strongly recommend other traders think very carefully before choosing E8.

  • Ruben van Dijk

I want to warn other traders about my experience with E8 Markets.

After using their platform, my account was suddenly marked as “failed”. Honestly, the whole thing didn’t feel fair, and there was very little transparency from their side.

To start with, I ran into serious technical problems. I was trading on MetaTrader 5, and it kept freezing—often at the worst possible moments. There were times when I couldn’t even open or close positions properly. Once, I attempted to close my trades manually at roughly a $2,800 loss, but the platform just didn’t respond. As you can imagine, the delay made my losses grow, and I had no real control over it.

Then came the part that worries me even more: trades were closed without my permission. I never closed those positions myself, yet they were closed at a loss. After that, the losses were counted toward my daily drawdown, and that’s what eventually pushed my account into “failed” status.

I also noticed a pattern. When the account was in profit, the platform seemed to allow higher exposure. But later, positions would be closed suddenly in loss. That made me question how trades are handled internally.

I submitted a formal complaint and requested an actual investigation, including execution logs and system data. Unfortunately, they didn’t do a proper review, and I didn’t receive a clear explanation either.

Because of this, I have serious doubts about:

    – The reliability of their trading infrastructure
    – Whether their risk and drawdown calculations are fair
    – The integrity of how orders are executed

In my view, the account failure is not justified.

What I’m asking for is simple:

    1) Restoration of my account, or
    2) A full refund of the money I paid for the account

Until this gets resolved properly, I strongly recommend traders proceed with caution. My experience shows that platform technical failures combined with unexplained trade closures can quickly lead to account failure—without accountability and without a real investigation from the company.

I mostly use MT5, and honestly their own platform is pretty confusing. The layout is hard to read, and the color choice doesn’t help at all—who designs a platform with light blue text on a white background? It’s just not user-friendly, and I found myself squinting more than trading. If you’re new, this could be a real hassle, because the interface feels cluttered and unclear.

  • Michael Carter

I’ve been paid on time a few times now, and that already tells you a lot. When I’ve reached out by email, they’ve replied surprisingly quickly—like, within minutes—and they actually fixed the one small issue I ran into right away. Honestly, they feel like one of the best prop firms around, and not in the usual “but it’s complicated” way.

What I like most is that E8 has very few rules compared to most of the bigger names. A lot of the top firms pile on restrictions, and it makes trading feel close to impossible. For me, E8 is the only prop firm I’m using at the moment, and I’ll probably keep it that way.

Customer service here is genuinely top notch, and honestly it’s rare compared to a lot of other companies. You can tell they actually have real people handling payouts, not some automated process that drags on for days. They’ve been professional every step of the way, and I would definitely consider buying accounts from them again.

On top of that, the website is really nice and easy to navigate—way better than the unorganized sites I’ve seen in the past. Overall, the experience feels more legit and well-run than what I’m used to, so I’m happy to recommend them.

  • Youssef Benali

So far, my experience with E8 Markets has been very good. I’ve already received a few payouts—actually, the most recent one came through pretty fast, and there were no issues at all. Everything has felt smooth from start to finish, and the whole process is handled in a professional way. Overall, I can’t really complain at this point, and I’m staying hopeful for the next payments too.

  • Jason Parker

I’m still pretty new at this, with little to no real experience. Honestly, the guidance I’ve received so far—and the help you get without being judged—feels unmatched. Dayle really stepped in and explained some of the terms I just couldn’t wrap my head around, and they also pointed me toward extra resources so I can keep moving forward on my own.

I haven’t passed a challenge yet, so I can’t speak to the payout process. However, I do know that they don’t rush you. You’re allowed to take your time, make mistakes along the way, and still feel confident you’re actually making progress—at your pace, not theirs.

It does seem like a decent firm, but my experience hasn’t been great. I never actually managed to get things working properly because I kept running into platform issues. As a result, I couldn’t execute or manage my trades the way I needed to, which was really frustrating.

Honestly, this was the fastest payout I’ve ever seen. Super legit, too—everything felt smooth from start to finish and there were no weird delays. I didn’t expect it to move that quickly, but it really did. Would definitely recommend.

  • Thabo Mokoena

Company owes me $3K. The CEO told me he’d refund me and even suggested I should take my trading elsewhere. Then the head of support also said they would refund me, but what I actually received was a letter from their lawyer—basically threatening me instead of issuing my payment.

On top of that, the firm spiked my trade. I’ve also seen it happen to another influencer, who later went a reset on their account. Honestly, it feels coordinated.

The matter still isn’t resolved. What makes it worse is that they’ve been on X commenting under my posts as if everything is already sorted, while I’m still waiting for my refund.

  • Rachel Johnson

I’ve been with E8 for a little over 4 years now. In that time, I’ve been funded multiple times and even seen several payouts land within 24 hours, which is honestly pretty rare. E8 is one of the few companies in this space that feels genuinely transparent and trustworthy—no weird games, and you can follow what’s going on.

That said, I’m not thrilled that they removed the 2-step and 3-step challenges. I did prefer that structure. Still, overall it’s a very solid firm, and I’d say it’s one of the better options if you want a straightforward process and consistent communication.

  • Claire Martin

He closed all my trades with no warning or reason. It felt really abrupt, like there was zero communication at all. I expected at least some clear notice or explanation, but nothing came through. Because of that, I couldn’t react properly and it ended up being a big problem for me. Overall, I’m not happy with how this was handled.

    This company is genuinely great.

The simulation itself is really impressive—honestly, it’s way more engaging than I expected. Once you jump in, it feels smooth and pretty intuitive.

Also, the rules are straightforward and clear. I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time guessing what to do, which is a big plus. Overall, I’d recommend it.

I had my account verified, and after I completed the one-step evaluation, I received a response within 120 minutes. However, it’s been about 24 hours now and I still haven’t gotten my live account, so I can’t start trading or make any profit yet. Hopefully this gets sorted soon, because the process looks good overall, but the waiting time is frustrating.

Verena was really kind, patient, and professional throughout. She made the conversation feel easy right from the start, and her replies were genuinely helpful. This was my first time trying E8 and I actually really liked it. The interface on their website feels clean and easy to use, which is a big plus. One thing though: there’s no phone app at the moment, so if you prefer trading on the go, you might find that a bit annoying—but overall it’s been great.

Another advantage is that you can create accounts and customize things to suit you. I’ll be honest, I didn’t fully get the dynamic drawdown at first, but the staff were quick to help. I chatted with someone and they broke it down clearly, so it made a lot more sense after that.

So far I’m more than happy with everything. No real complaints from me—nothing bad to say, honestly.

Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. You just suck, and I’m not saying that lightly. Everything felt off from the start, and the service didn’t improve at all—if anything it got worse. I came in expecting at least a decent outcome, but it was bad all the way through. Really not recommended.

Dayle answered every question I had pretty quickly, which I really appreciated. He was also very respectful throughout the whole conversation, and he even sent a few helpful articles to back things up. Overall, it was a smooth experience and the timing was on point—definitely faster than I expected, honestly.

I have tried out most trading firms, so I do have something to compare. Honestly, my experience with E8 has been wonderful. The customer support team really stood out, especially my recent interaction with Dayle—he was genuinely helpful and quick to respond.

You get the support you need without chasing around, and their spreads are among the best I’ve seen, even during news time when spreads usually widen. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with how everything has been running for me.

This has been the best performing product I’ve tried, for real. I’ve used plenty of similar items, but nothing compares. Also, the customer service was excellent—every question I had got answered quickly and they were genuinely helpful. Thank you so much for that, I really appreciate it!

This is a very good company. I was able to become a funded trader with them, and honestly the spreads are always quite competitive. Everything felt smooth from start to finish, and the conditions were solid. I would recommend them if you’re looking for decent execution and tight spreads.
