Typically, I steer clear of newer trading firms due to their sometimes high risks, but I decided to give this one a shot based on the positive buzz surrounding it. After spending around three months trading here, I must say I’m quite disappointed. Despite being among the top traders on their leaderboard, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
I reached out to support twice regarding updates on my payout, but I received no response—despite the inquiries being made well after the promised deadline. I waited a full three weeks after submitting my payout request, only to receive an email stating that my request was denied because I allegedly “violated” their terms of service, without any specifics offered.
To top it all off, getting a reply from their support team feels nearly impossible. For any beginner traders seeking a reputable firm, I would advise against this one. Overall, it has been a frustrating experience, to say the least.
