I ran into a serious problem with an open trade that simply wouldn’t close properly on the platform. Sadly, the account got wiped out because of it. I then reached out to the support team at For Traders, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how professionally—and fairly—they handled the situation.
They got back to me fast, quickly understood what was happening, reviewed the case in detail, and in the end decided to reset my account. The communication was polite, genuinely helpful, and mostly transparent throughout the whole process.
Of course, technical issues and human mistakes can occur on any trading platform, but the real question is how the company treats its clients when something goes wrong. In my experience, For Traders took a fair approach and delivered strong customer support.
Thanks to the entire team for helping me sort everything out so quickly. I really appreciate it, and I can keep trading with much more confidence now.

Mám jen samé pozitivní zkušenosti s Fortraders. Nabízí rozmanitou škálu výzev a k tomu hned možnost otevřít účet, takže nemusíte čekat. Pravidla mi přijdou férová a přehledná. Dashboard je navíc hezky udělaný a celkem jasně to ukazuje, co zrovna děláte—plus je tu možnost AI trainingu, což je fajn doplněk.
Support je podle mě rychlý a hlavně ochotný poradit, když si nejsem jistý. Tohle je přesně ten typ služby, který vám ušetří čas i nervy. Za mě 5 hvězdiček bez debat.

Very disappointing, honestly.
I completed the evaluation, traded and even managed to generate a decent profit. After that, I submitted a payout request. Everything looked fine until a verification call—then, out of nowhere, my account was permanently blocked.
They said the issue was that “the person operating the account is not the same individual as the KYC identity.” I don’t agree with that conclusion at all. From my side, I followed the process properly and there was no reason to suspect anything.
It just feels like even after you do everything “right,” meet the profit target, and wait through the steps, there’s still a way for them to deny payouts through internal decisions that aren’t explained clearly.
So, be careful: passing the challenge and making profit doesn’t automatically mean you’ll actually receive your payout.
