    I bought a $25k account, and they closed it for “blowing” the account—even though I still had $238 of drawdown remaining. That part alone felt off, but when I contacted support, the situation got worse.

    The representative sent me a screenshot claiming it showed my max loss limit and the liquidation threshold. On that screenshot, the liquidation threshold appeared to be $238 lower than the max loss limit. In other words, liquidation was supposedly happening before I even technically reached the max loss. When I pointed out the discrepancy and asked them to explain it, the rep stopped replying.

    Overall, my experience was frustrating and pretty sketchy. I’d strongly recommend not trusting them.

    I had trouble connecting my Tradovate FFF account to TradingView. I’d already signed the agreement, but the connection still wouldn’t go through.

    I reached out to BHADMUS, and he was genuinely helpful. He guided me to use Tradovate’s web platform, where the agreement finally showed up again. Once it was there, I was able to log in successfully and connect everything properly.

    I’ve been having serious issues with the KYC process. I messaged support to help me complete it, and every single time I reach out, I end up waiting around 6 hours just to get a response. That alone is already frustrating, but the bigger problem is that it’s now been 2 full days and my issue still hasn’t been resolved.

    Worse than that, it honestly feels like they’re ignoring me. I’ll send messages, and then nothing really happens—just delays, no clear updates, and no real help. The customer service experience has been terrible overall.

    From how everything has been handled, this company doesn’t feel reliable at all. It’s giving off scam vibes, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

    I bought my first account and everything seemed fine at first. I waited a couple of hours, got the credentials, but they just wouldn’t work. When I logged into FFF, it showed no accounts at all. To make it weirder, the billing page still showed that I’d successfully purchased an account.

    I contacted support and they basically went through a verification routine—asking for screenshots of my bank transaction, details of the errors I was seeing, and even names to confirm I was who I said I was. Despite all that back-and-forth, the account never showed up. Meanwhile, my money was already gone.

    Support kept sending the same line:
    “We’re escalating your inquiry to a higher admin. They will handle your case with priority and reach out to you on this same ticket. Your issue is in good hands.”

    Here’s the thing: 24 hours later, I still have no account and no service.

    In short, FFF took my payment, took my information, and I got absolutely nothing in return. I’d strongly recommend you don’t use them.

    FFF is the real deal, no doubt about it.
