    Getting customer service help on a Saturday is pretty rare, so I just wanted to say thank you. I reached out and got help from a TOF rep named **ASH**, and they really came through for me. I think this is the **second time** ASH has helped me, and honestly, the experience has been consistent both times.

    Just like the first time, ASH’s support was **exceptional**. They were helpful, efficient, and made the whole process much easier than I expected.     This is my second review for this firm, and honestly, it’s the second issue I’ve had. For context, I started with 6 Ignite AF accounts. On my first problem, 2 of those accounts were blown up, and I still believe that was largely out of my hands.

    This time was different—but it was just as frustrating. My remaining 4 accounts were closed and set to liquidate mid-trade even though each one still had more than $2,000 in drawdown left. When they were shut down, I was sitting at about -$100 URPNL per account. Now we’re two weeks later, and the accounts are still closed.

    Support has replied and says they’re working on it, but the delay is really the biggest problem for me. On top of that, there’s been no meaningful compensation so far, which is why I’m not happy with how this was handled.

    Wow—what a relief. I reached out to support because I wanted to delete a supposedly breached live account that was still showing on my dashboard. The process started out a bit messy on my end, but once Ahmad took a look, everything got sorted.

    After his investigation, they concluded the breach wasn’t actually correct. Instead of leaving me stuck or forcing me to purchase anything new, they issued me a brand-new live account, so I didn’t have to buy a new one.
