The customer support here is, frankly, quite disappointing. My account was marked as having hit the daily loss limit, or so they claimed. However, when I logged in, I saw only $68 remaining on my dashboard, and they insisted it was just a mistake. I typically rely on an EA to close any trades that approach my daily loss threshold, so this experience was frustrating.
Ultimately, I decided I didn’t want to continue with a company that operates this way, and I requested them to either delete my account or at least take me off their mailing list. To my astonishment, they responded that it was impossible.
I’m planning to return to FTMO and won’t be looking to try any other firms. This experience has left much to be desired.

This proprietary trading firm has been an incredibly disappointing experience for me. I hold account number 498753 with a balance of $25,000 under their two-step stellar program. Just two days before my payout cycle, I received an email from them claiming they had concerns regarding potential copy trading activities.
Despite sending them multiple pieces of evidence to clear up their suspicions, it seems they didn’t take the time to review my submissions. I detailed my strategies, addressing their concerns about the trades they flagged. Now, they’ve distanced themselves from my issues, responding with generic emails that lack any real engagement regarding my situation.
It’s truly disheartening to see a firm behave this way after putting in significant effort into my account. I strongly advise others to think twice before investing their time and resources into FundedNext.

Overall, my experience with FundedNext has been quite positive, and I’m generally satisfied with their offerings. However, I’ve noticed some significant drawbacks, particularly regarding the company’s business plans.
While Stellar 2 seems to stand out, the other plans appear to be ineffective and somewhat outdated. As a prominent proprietary trading firm, it’s essential for FundedNext to present their users with robust and effective business strategies.
Take, for instance, the maximum daily risk for Stellar 1—it’s set at a mere 3%. Honestly, this feels rather low. Raising it to 4% or even 5% could make a real difference for traders seeking greater profitability.
I truly hope the company takes into consideration the profitability of its traders moving forward. Thank you for your attention!

I received a notification stating that I had breached my account due to a “Month End in Loss,” even though I hadn’t hit the maximum loss threshold yet. I only engaged in trading for 11 days, and the majority of my trades, over 80%, did enter profit, but unfortunately, they reversed just before hitting take profit. This was something I was already concerned about prior to receiving that discouraging message. I have yet to find this “Month End in Loss” rule detailed in their publicly available trading guidelines. Overall, I felt quite cheated, especially considering it was a $50,000 account. It’s really disappointing!

I purchased a challenge for $6,000, specifically a Step 2 Stellar account, and opted for crypto payment on December 24, 2023. Initially, my payment status showed as unconfirmed on the dashboard, which was a bit concerning. However, I reached out to FundedNext’s customer service, and I must say, they were remarkably responsive and helpful. They followed up on my ticket diligently, and just two days later, on December 26, 2023, I finally received access to my account. I understand that December 25 was a holiday for Christmas, so I really appreciated the prompt assistance after the break. This is my first time taking on a challenge, and I’m optimistic about successfully passing both Phase 1 and Phase 2 to make my first payout. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
