I recently opened an evaluation account to trade oil and had a pretty rough experience. I began by holding a position on September 4th and decided to keep it open. When September 5th rolled around, I placed a smaller order on top of that. However, on September 6th, I was shocked to find my account closed due to exceeding the daily loss limit.
What really caught me off guard was how they calculated my open positions for that daily loss. It’s as if they ignored the fact that I had opened those positions on different days, despite the daily loss limit supposedly resetting each day. On September 5th, I had around a $-150 floating loss, and then after another $-150 loss on the 6th, they decided to shut down my account.
It’s crucial to note that they seem to close accounts regardless of when positions were opened, based solely on the daily limits. This practice definitely doesn’t align with what their terms suggest. It truly feels like they prefer to see traders lose money quickly rather than support profitable ventures. Their revenue model appears to thrive on losing accounts rather than encouraging successful trading.
Furthermore, if you face issues, you’re at a disadvantage because their transaction history is minimal and lacks transparency. Overall, I found the experience untrustworthy and frustrating. Proceed with caution if you’re considering trading with them!

During the NFP news events, I attempted to view the chart on MT5, but noticed that sell and buy limits were being executed that I hadn’t placed. This resulted in my account balance plummeting to the maximum daily loss limit. When I reached out for assistance, the support team was unhelpful and didn’t resolve the issue or restore my account. I started with a $10,000 balance, and at one point, I had made a profit up to $10,200. However, the price subsequently dropped to $9,920, and they proceeded to close my account. This experience felt very unjust.
