I’m pleased that the issue has been resolved fairly, but I must admit that the entire process left a lasting impression. I genuinely wonder if this would have been sorted out without the involvement of Trustpilot.
To provide some context, I purchased a $25,000 account on their BOGO promotion on July 14. After successfully completing the challenge, I should have received two accounts. However, I faced a waiting period of four days for the first account, and the second one was denied. They initially argued that I was ineligible due to the expiration of the offer, despite my evidence showing that I made the purchase merely 16 hours after receiving a 24-hour valid offer. Then they claimed that I didn’t utilize the coupon, yet the promotional email clearly indicated that I was qualified for the offer even if the code wasn’t applied.
