On average, I found myself waiting upwards of 45 minutes to finalize transactions, which is simply unacceptable in today’s fast-paced trading environment.
While the platform had user-friendly features and seemed promising, the delays were a significant drawback. Communication from the customer support team was minimal, making it hard to gauge where my trades stood in the queue. I expected more transparency and real-time updates, especially when funds were involved.
Additionally, the lack of educational resources left me feeling somewhat unprepared as a trader. A few more tutorials or guides would have been welcomed, especially for novice traders. Overall, while the potential for profitable trades exists, the frustrating wait times and poor communication have deterred me from continuing my journey with this service.
