I reached out to them to ask if I could trade using multiple IP addresses—specifically, one from my mobile data and another from my home internet. Remarkably, they responded right away and gave me the green light. I’ll be sure to update this review as soon as I make my first withdrawal.

I’ve recently observed that FundedNext has significantly widened the spread on my $100,000 live account for EURUSD, now sitting between 3-7 pips. Interestingly, my $15,000 account’s spread remains unchanged—this inconsistency raises eyebrows.
I’ve documented everything, complete with screenshots, highlighting how FundedNext seems to manipulate the spread, effectively hindering competent traders from advancing.
From my perspective, FundedNext operates more like a scam. Initially, during the challenge phase, they advertise raw spreads for key pairs. However, after successfully completing the challenge and claiming my first payout, the spreads ballooned. A 5-pip spread on EURUSD feels nothing short of daylight robbery.
In comparison, my experiences with My Forex Funds (MFF) and FTMO have been markedly different. FTMO typically offers spreads from 0.3 to 0.5 pips, while MFF caps at 0.6 pips. The 3-7 pips spread provided by FundedNext is frankly absurd and suggests they are actively discouraging profitable traders.
To illustrate my point, I’ve attached images from today’s trades where you can clearly see the manipulation at play. Don’t be misled by the low spreads displayed on the chart; once you execute a trade or place a pending order, expect the actual buy/sell price to be a staggering 3-7 pips off for EURUSD.

I purchased a Stellar account with a balance of $50,000 and was eagerly awaiting my setup. When I tried to execute a position with a lot size of 5 on Gold, I was taken aback by the MT4 message stating “not enough money.” On a $50k account, this seemed perplexing.
They insisted that I was in a drawdown, which supposedly explained my inability to trade a larger lot size or the limitations related to the leverage of 1:30. However, I previously had a $100 account with 1:100 leverage where I traded a lot size of 2 without a hitch. How could they equate that experience to 1:30 leverage on a $50,000 account? Before I received their questionable email filled with inaccuracies—because I wasn’t in any drawdown when I encountered the issue—I had just executed my first trade and was actually up $100 after closing it when I realized I couldn’t scale up the lot size.
In fact, one of their agents communicated just hours before their email that there are no lot size restrictions.
“There are no lot size restrictions in FundedNext. You are free to trade using whichever lot size you prefer. Please be informed that the ticket was forwarded with the highest priority. The team will get back to you as soon as the issue is resolved.”
I’m updating my review to highlight that even their staff seemed confused about what was happening. The core problem lies in their advertisement of 1:30 leverage, with no mention of other critical details. If I’m purchasing a challenge and you know that 1:30 leverage isn’t applicable across the board, then it’s essential to provide that information or direct me to a link for further details. Otherwise, I’m left assuming that all trading pairs will have that same leverage. Other proprietary firms I’ve dealt with do this transparently, but FundedNext does not.
Sadly, I’m maintaining my one-star rating because the last agent attempted to insist they were correct without explaining that the 1:30 leverage only applies to forex pairs, offering some rather absurd excuses in the process.

One downside, though, is the wait times for responses from the experts, especially during busy hours.
